Hello and welcome to this guided healing bioluminescence meditation.

My name is Margot and I'm so grateful to be with you here today on this energizing journey.

I invite you during the session to fully tune in and relax as I guide you through every step of this energy journey.

Sit,

Rely in a comfortable position,

Allowing yourself to fully surrender and lean back.

Gently close your eyes and start to bring your awareness to your breath.

Just simply noticing the way the inhales fill your body.

Relax,

Exhale,

Release.

No need to change anything right now.

Just noticing the feeling of the air flowing in and out.

Noticing the way the air flows and feels in your nose and your throat,

Your chest and your belly.

Perhaps noticing the temperature that flows in and as it flows out.

Start to bring your awareness to your body,

Noticing any areas of tension or tightness.

Perhaps any emotions that might be coming up right now and simply allowing them to be exactly how they are.

Gently start to deepen your breath,

Inhaling a little bit deeper,

Exhaling a little bit longer,

Inhaling through the nose and chest,

The belly,

Exhaling belly,

Chest,

Nose.

Inhaling,

Filling up,

Exhaling,

Letting go.

Inhaling,

Feeling warm and loved.

Exhaling,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Take a few more rounds of breath at your own pace,

Fully letting go.

Start to bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Feeling any sensations that might be arising,

Perhaps a tingling or vibration or warm sensation.

Allow that area to feel heavy and warm.

Shift your awareness to your forehead,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your eyes,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your temples,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your jaw,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your ears,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your throat,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your shoulders,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your upper arms,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your lower arms,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your hands and fingers,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your chest,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your ribs,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your abdomen,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your hips,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your upper legs,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your knees,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your lower legs,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your ankles,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Your feet and toes,

Feeling heavy and warm.

Imagine that you are walking along a path through the woods.

A gentle soft path,

Trees lining each side.

They're as cool as the sun is setting.

You feel calm and at ease.

You see an opening in the trees ahead.

You see the brilliant sunset.

Pink and orange,

Yellow hues.

As you walk closer,

You see the ocean,

The sun starting to dip below the horizon.

You smell fresh sea air,

The coolness,

The breeze on your skin.

The taste of salt slightly on your lips.

The sound of the gentle waves crashing them to the shore.

You feel the sand beneath your feet,

Warm and comforting.

You notice as the sun starts to completely disappear beneath the horizon,

You feel more comfortable and relaxed.

You take a moment to watch the colors of the sky get darker and darker,

Until you start to notice,

You faintly see some stars starting to shine in the sky above you.

And after some time,

You look at the water's edge and you see a faint glowing,

Where the water hits the shore.

Greenish,

Yellowish light,

Sparkling every time the water moves.

You gently run your hand through the water in awe and joy as you see the trail of light that is created as you move your hand through the water,

A beautiful bioluminescence emitting light and energy as they move.

The water is warm and comforting and you slowly make your way into the water,

Feeling the water envelop your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your upper legs,

Your hips,

Your abdomen,

Your fingers and hands and arms and chest,

Until you lay back,

Allowing the water to fully support you and hold you as you float under this night sky.

Bioluminescence sparkling around the outline of your body,

Their bright light reflecting and shining onto you.

You take a moment to float here as you tune in to the wisdom of the bioluminescence,

Knowing that they are shining their light and sparkling at all times,

But sometimes we need the darkness to be able to see them.

Sometimes we need to step out of the light for our own light to be truly seen.

But sometimes the bioluminescence need the light to charge them,

To fill them up so that they can be seen,

So that they can shine their light.

And so you wonder to yourself,

In what ways do I need to be filled up with light so that I can be my own light and I can shine in this world?

And so you ask bioluminescence,

Their wisdom,

In what ways do I need to fill myself up with light and energy so that in the darkness I can still continue to shine my own light,

My own beauty,

My own love?

Be deeply sleep in theBa Inc'.

" You feel the water wrapped around your skin with bioluminescence,

Their vibrant energy clearing and healing and transforming whatever needs to be transformed,

Giving you the energy that you need for yourself right now.

And after some time,

You feel complete.

You gently float your way back to shore,

Bioluminescence still supporting you and holding you and shining as you move through the water and you send a feeling of gratitude and thanks for the wisdom,

The knowledge,

The energy of such small but powerful life on this earth.

As you walk out of the water,

The warm air drying your skin,

You walk back into the woods knowing whatever experience you received was exactly what you needed right now.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Inhaling a little bit deeper,

Exhaling a little bit longer.

Bring your awareness back into your physical body,

Perhaps wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Feeling energized and light and whenever you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes and return back to your physical environment knowing at any time you can reach into the wisdom and energy of the bioluminescence and I am wishing you so much light and love on the rest of your day.
