The deep compassion that we feel for others only comes when we have a true deep compassion for ourselves.
Where we forgive the past,
Forgive our actions,
Forgive the way that we showed up,
And be in a place of knowing that we did our best at that time.
It is through this deep compassion we truly settle into our heart.
As you take a deep breath into your heart,
Feel your feet on the ground and feel the vibration of compassion throughout your body.
Feel how it feels in your cells,
Running throughout your body,
Vibrating out.
The softness and gentleness that comes upon you from this place of deep compassion.
Where can you forgive yourself?
Where is a belief system that no longer serves you that you can just let go and let it go fully and completely,
Feeling it burn away,
Burning away all other things that no longer serve you,
And just releasing them to the earth,
Which will transmute it to whatever the earth needs.
As you feel the vibration of deep compassion reverberate through your body,
From the bottom of your toes to your heels,
To your calves and your knees and your hips,
Taking a deep breath and bringing it up into your ribs,
To your abdomen,
Into your heart,
And feeling it cascade over your shoulders,
Into your neck,
And your head,
And moving it out to the top of your head,
To the top of your head,
And letting it fall all the way around you.
Just to think about what color it is.
What's the color of deep compassion?
How does it feel when you amplify it 10 times?
Who can you send this compassion to?
Who needs this compassion from you?
Who have you been judging and wronging?
Who have you been annoyed by?
Where this deep compassion can truly just connect them to their heart and see them for who they are,
See them for their beauty,
Their soul.
They're just doing the best that they can.
Just taking another deep breath into your heart,
Breathing in the vibration of connection,
Acceptance,
And the compassion.
Truly seeing them for who they really are,
And just say anything that you need to say to them right now from this place.
All the ways that they might have hurt you,
All the ways that they annoy you.
Just get it out.
Just take a deep breath and sending them another breath of connection.
And from this place,
Say everything that you would say when you truly see them and see their heart.
What are the good things about them?
What value do they add?
What's something positive that they do?
You may not need to be friends with them,
But at least you can be in the same space with them.
Amplifying the vibration of compassion again,
And just feeling it in your toes,
In your fingers,
As you come back to the present moment,
Fully awake,
Centered and grounded.
And from this place,
From this place,
How will you show up in the world?
