Welcome.
Grief is an emotion that many of us feel.
We may have worked it broken.
We feel that life isn't the same anymore.
But the most important thing about grief is that it's a vehicle for you to connect it to your soul.
It's a vehicle for you to reclaim parts of yourself and understand that you're not alone.
It's a vehicle for you to understand the depth of your heart and depth of the love that exists within you.
It has a power,
A power of vision,
Of creation.
It has the power of understanding the depth of who you are and how you've come out with any types of loss.
It might be a significant loss because sometimes it's a reminder of what has happened in the past.
Sometimes it's a reminder of when you're the energy and you feel the sadness,
The anger,
The depression,
This longing.
Connecting with yourself.
What aspects of yourself can you reclaim?
What aspects of yourself can you bring back and allow you to feel joy again and happiness again?
As humans,
We're meant to feel content.
We're meant to feel all the spectrum of emotions.
But we don't have to live there.
It's time to give yourself permission not to live there anymore.
As I take you on this guided journey to understand the depth of your soul,
Meet your loved ones and meet your previous version of yourself,
This meditation is meant for you.
This meditation is meant for those who have lost loved ones,
Have lost their health,
Have suffered the loss of a job,
The loss of a pet,
And to understand what do you want to bring forward and meet your future self and understand how do you want to show up in the future.
Loss is inevitable.
We have gains in life,
We have losses.
And now it's time to shift the energy of those losses and infuse joy.
It doesn't have to be hard.
It doesn't have to be hard.
It's,
Without being asked,
A breath that keeps you alive,
Having hope that you are here because you've chosen to be here.
And sigh.
And do that at your own pace.
Two more times.
And feel the muscles within your body.
And feeling your presence and lining your spine,
Body,
And soul.
And now just imagine you're standing at the edge of a forest.
Just notice how the weather feels.
How does the temperature feel to you?
Is it just your current state?
From this state,
Just ask what wisdom is there.
Imagine there's a red fire pit right before you go into this forest.
And in the fire pit,
Your spirit team's all there supporting you.
We're going to start walking through this forest.
Listen to how the ground feels on your feet.
Are you wearing shoes or are you not wearing shoes?
Just take a notice of what outfit you're wearing.
Because you notice in your heart,
You're carrying something heavy.
Where you feel excitement,
Where you feel curiosity.
All the emotions can live as one.
Tell them three good things that you felt about them in your life.
Next you're going to see,
You're going to walk a little further,
And you're going to see a version of yourself from the past.
What do you miss about this version of yourself?
Do you feel sad about what wisdom does a higher self offer you?
Intergenerational traumas.
And you're just embodying the intergenerational wisdom.
And bringing forth the ancestral strengths.
Stepping forth into the collective as the most powerful being that you're destined to be.
Move your body like you're celebrating life.
Move.
Your future is one you create.
You co-create that with the universe.
And feel the power that you have.
You are resourceful.
Resources.
Strength.
Courage.
