Welcome.

This is your space to soften,

To breathe and remember that you are not behind.

Not in your healing,

Not in your growth,

Not in your life.

Take a moment to arrive just as you are.

Let your body settle into stillness.

You might be sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels safe and steady for you.

Gently close your eyes if that's comfortable and begin to notice your breath.

Inhale slowly through the nose,

Hold for a soft moment.

Exhale gently through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Receiving space,

Hold for a soft moment.

Exhale,

Releasing pressure.

Inhale,

Receiving space,

Hold for a soft moment.

Exhale,

Releasing pressure.

Let the breath begin to return to it's natural rhythm now.

You don't need to control it,

Simply trust it.

You are already enough,

Already whole.

Now bring your attention to the body.

Feel the weight of yourself on the surface below.

Notice your feet,

Your legs.

Feel into the base of your spine.

Let your breath gently settle here.

With each exhale,

Allow any urgency,

Any comparison to soften.

Feel into your belly.

It's okay if it feels tight or tired or tender.

So many emotions live here.

Let's whisper to your body,

I am safe to go at my own pace.

You're not late.

You're not missing anything.

You're on your path,

Even if you can't quite see it yet.

Others may look like they are leaping ahead,

But your soul is not in a race.

Your timing is unique,

Wise and right for you.

Growth isn't always allowed.

Sometimes it's a quiet shift deep below the surface.

You're allowed to be where you are,

To rest,

To regroup,

To root down before blooming again.

Let this affirmation settle in.

I trust in my own timing.

I am unfolding exactly as I am meant to.

Even in stillness,

I am becoming.

Take a few deeper breaths now.

Feel your body grounded in the here and the now.
