Hello and thank you so much for joining! Sleeping will come easily for you in this deeply relaxing visualization session for sleep. With beautiful background sounds of a gentle fire, jungle birds and wooden flute, this track includes powerful binaural waves in the Delta frequency, which is what the brain naturally goes into when you are sleeping. You are going to feel ready to fall into a profound rest after this session, or before it is even over.

Are you nice and cozy in your bed and ready to relax?

Adjust your position so that you are as comfortable as you can possibly be.

Just allow my voice to guide you into a very nice,

Peaceful state of mind.

Become aware of the contact you are making with the mattress and feel its soft support below.

Bring awareness to your breath and maybe as soon as you do,

Take a nice deep inhale and exhale sinking even deeper into the bed.

Can you feel the fabric of the sheets or blanket on your skin?

Hugging you into a nice,

Sleepy feeling.

Feeling your feet nicely supported as well,

Snuggling into their sleeping position.

Feel your breath flowing in and out.

Notice how relaxed you are becoming as each moment passes by.

Draw your attention to your head resting on your pillow.

Feel the texture of your pillowcase and the sheets.

Being aware of your legs,

Feel the muscles letting go and melting away.

Notice your entire back,

How relaxed it is,

Fully supported.

Feel your breath becoming slower and deeper,

Preparing you for sleep.

Notice the temperature of the room.

Now notice the temperature under the blanket.

You are nice and warm,

Completely safe and ready to sleep.

Ringo of the day,

Fading into the night.

Feel your body slowing down more and more.

Sleep is drawing near and it is a very comforting sensation.

Feel soothed by the idea that soon you will be fast asleep.

No need to do anything.

It is impossible to be busy when you sleep.

Being comes easily for you in a wave of gentle relaxation.

Imagine you are standing in front of a pristine lake.

The water is smooth like glass.

There is a wide canoe tied to the shore.

Inside of the canoe is a perfectly made soft bed.

Get into this canoe and lay down under the white sheets.

The boat pushes off from the shore and begins to take you into the lake as you drift off to sleep.

You can hear the water gently splashing against the side of the canoe.

The bed is so relaxing because you can feel the motion of the water as you rest.

Nature surrounds you.

This is the canoe of dreams.

It takes you into the most deep and restful sleep you have ever had.

Feel yourself drifting across the smooth water.

The boat comes to the very center of the lake and stops.

You can close your eyes within this dream and just allow yourself the sleep you deserve.

Resting and floating as my voice fades away.
