Notice your entire back,

Feel your breath becoming slower and deeper,
Preparing you for sleep.
Notice the temperature of the room.
Now notice the temperature under the blanket.
You are nice and warm,

Sleep is drawing near and it is a very comforting sensation.
Feel soothed by the idea that soon you will be fast asleep.

Imagine you are standing in front of a pristine lake.
The water is smooth like glass.
There is a wide canoe tied to the shore.
Inside of the canoe is a perfectly made soft bed.
Get into this canoe and lay down under the white sheets.
The boat pushes off from the shore and begins to take you into the lake as you drift off to sleep.
You can hear the water gently splashing against the side of the canoe.
The bed is so relaxing because you can feel the motion of the water as you rest.
Nature surrounds you.
This is the canoe of dreams.
