Feeling how good it was built.
Dip the tips of your fingers into the golden water,
And notice a profound relaxation in your fingertips.
Submerge your entire hand in this healing water.
The comfort this water brings you is so wonderful that you must have more.
So cup some in your hand and splash it onto the other arm.
Gather some more and cover the other arm.
The water on your skin glistens in the sunlight,
Similar to how a diamond reflects light.
Splash water onto your entire arms,
Cupping the water and dousing your body with it.

This water is not only extremely soothing,

Fear is simply an alarm.
It acts as an alert.
And when an alarm goes off,
You understand that it is alerting you to do something,
And then you turn it off.
Just like an alarm that wakes you up from sleeping.
Once you are awake,
You turn off the alerting sound,
And the alarm has done its duty.
Fear acts as an alert to something that needs to be tended to.
Chronic fears that continue for years and consume your mind are fears that are not being addressed.
The source of the alarm is not being resolved,
So the alerting sound is constantly ringing out for your attention.
Our minds are very intelligent,
As well as our bodies.
When there is something important that we are needing in our life that we don't acknowledge or that we push away.
The only option our intelligence can see to do is to alert the body through pain,
And the mind through fear.
As soon as you think there is something wrong in your body or mind,
Act interested instead of fearful.
And ask,
What needs to be addressed in my life?
This could be a pain that you don't know the source of,
Or something that is dull and happens over time.
We all know when we get caught on the hand we have pain from that,
But I'm talking about the kind of pain that you can't find the source of.
Perhaps you are working a job that brings you down,
But you don't like to admit it because it pays well.
Maybe you are in an unhappy relationship that you continue to sit in,
Or you could be in a very happy relationship,
But you have taken on too many responsibilities and it has become a burden on you in an attempt to please everyone else.
Everyone has a different story of why we don't want to admit how we feel deep down.
So now is the time to acknowledge unresolved upsets in your life,
Because they may be manifesting as fears and pains until you do something about them.
They are,
After all,
Simply alerting you that you are not speaking your truth.
So instead of asking what's wrong with your body when you experience pain,
Or what's wrong with your mind when you experience worry or doubt,
Instead,
Ask what in your life is screaming for your attention,
And you continue to disregard or push away.
From now on,
Your entire thinking about fear has changed.
When fear or pain presents itself and does not go away,
You can go to your mind and ask,
What emotion am I suppressing and what thoughts am I pushing away?
This is being true with yourself as you always should.
Truth and fear can coexist.
Once you discover the true source of your fear by evaluating your life experience in an honest way,
Suffering seems to disappear without question.
Fear only rises again as a helpful alert that the truth needs to be tended to,
And fully expressed to yourself and to those who are important in your life.
Whenever you come to a moment that brings you fear,
Instead of avoiding it,
Go into it.
And push past this fear.
Do things that you doubt you could do.
Shoot for goals that you think you can't accomplish.
Move in the direction of fear and swim with it.
And watch what happens to your awareness.
It is extremely important that you fully trust that your body and mind are much stronger than you've been made to believe.
