Today is the perfect day.

Welcome to this meditation to manifest an excellent day ahead.

Find yourself very comfortable.

Relaxed,

Yet sitting upright.

Allow your head to be straight above the spine.

Let your eyes fall shut.

Today will be an ideal day.

Everything that happens will be impeccable.

Begin to get into a meditative state by breathing deeply and slowly in and out through the nose.

Feel the cool air enter your nostrils and the warm air exit.

Now breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In and out.

In and out.

Very good.

Keep breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Nice.

Now close the mouth and just let your breath become natural.

See if you can follow your breath as you breathe in and out on your own without the need to control the breath in any way.

Your breath is flowing in and out without any need from you to control it.

Repeat on the breath for just a few moments longer.

Perfect.

Now let's switch our focus from the breath to the mind.

Begin to imagine an appropriate day,

Everything happening exactly as it should.

Every decision you make is precise.

All of your interactions with other people are proper.

Every word that leaves your lips are truth.

You know exactly how to carry out all of your actions today towards success.

Realize in this vision that the day ahead is going to happen exactly as you imagine it.

Now let's count down from three as we become a little more relaxed.

Three,

Relax the muscles in your body.

Let yourself sink down into your position.

And one,

Deeply relaxed.

Repeat on the feeling of relaxation for a few moments longer.

Meditation is helping you develop healthy skills to apply to your day ahead.

You are able to contemplate everything happening exactly as it should in this moment of meditation.

Right now as you relax in meditation,

You are refining your future.

Say to yourself now,

I am fulfilling a perfect day.

I am carrying out my dreams and aspirations today.

I accomplish everything that pushes me towards my goals.

My physical performance today is great.

My words are smooth.

I have a positive effect on those around me.

Every action I take is flawless.

Being perfect is simple.

I simply choose the good in every situation.

Very nice.

You are imagining a supreme day ahead which is bringing it closer and closer to existence.

Everything you do is absolute,

Sublime,

Expert.

Your skills are out of this world.

Every choice you make is impeccable.

All of your interactions today are pure.
