Now place your hand right over the heart.
And your other hand over the belly button.
When you breathe in deeply,
Notice the belly expanding out first,
Then the chest rising.
Inhale deeply again,
Making the belly move first,
Then the chest.
Really feel this movement as you take long and slow breaths.
Good.
Now rest both hands in your lap and let go of the control of breathing.
Check in with your posture.
Make sure your head is reaching up,
Lengthening the spine.
Wonderful.
Now if you could check in with your current energy level.

We are going to imagine that our energetic vibration is represented by a color.
A deep blackish purple being the lowest and slowest vibe,
And golden white being the highest.
There are all variations of color in between.
They look like the rainbow.
The higher your vibration,
The brighter and lighter the color.
Tune into your energetic color today.
What does it look like?
Notice it is surrounding your body,
Kind of like another layer of skin.
How does this energy feel?
Does it give you any sensations?

Now let's raise our vibration with gratitude through the heart and breathing.

Bring all of your focus to the heart center,
The middle of your chest.
Take a big breath in and think of someone you care about.
Someone you are grateful to have in your life.
Notice how your heart center begins to illuminate with love.
Breathe deeply and allow for your gratitude to grow.
The color of your energy field has brightened up to the next level.

Focus back in on your heart center.
Now think of all the things in your life that you are grateful to have.
Material things,
Like your home or car,
Musical instruments,
Any other material things.
Breathe in again,
Very deeply.
Allow this gratitude to raise you higher.
The color of your field is becoming lighter and brighter.

Notice how you feel.
It is time to take it to the next level.
Go ahead and tune back into your heart center.
Begin to think of what a good person you are.
All of your endearing qualities.
Think of why people love you.
Your gifts and talents.
