This meditation is for you to put on right when you wake up in order to stop out any negative feelings that might tempt you to follow them. It is best to set a positive intention and vibe for your day, so be sure to listen to this session first thing in your beautiful day! Good morning.

Thank you for starting your day with this powerful meditation to alleviate any potential stress or anxiety in the day ahead.

Please begin with a natural and comfortable sitting position.

Feel free to have your back supported if you wish.

Let your eyes fall shut and keep them closed for the remainder of your meditation.

Take a slow and easy breath in and out as you sink into the comfort of this space.

Let your breath come in and out only through your nose.

Feeling the coolness of the air as it enters the nostrils and the warmth as it exits.

Or maybe you notice something different.

Pay attention to only the air coming in and out through your nostrils.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

This is a very relaxing and meditative practice.

You can do this on your own.

Let go of the need to control your breath in any way.

You are gifted this beautiful moment of relaxation in your morning to set the tone for the day.

A calm and stress-free day lies in front of you.

This time you are dedicating to your wellness.

You are blessed.

Now you may feel that there is something in your day ahead that may cause you stress or anxiety.

So,

We are going to imagine that instead of it going wrong,

Everything is going to happen perfectly.

Go ahead,

Visualize your day laying out perfectly.

Continue imagining a beautiful day full of accomplishments,

No matter how small.

Great.

Now,

Let's breathe in some full and powerful breaths to energize your day.

Breathe in deeply,

Fill the lungs with fresh oxygen.

Exhale,

Feeling energized.

Breathe in fully and deeply.

Breathe out,

Letting your body become charged with new energy for the day.

Inhale and exhale.

You are doing so well.

Now we are going to add a simple movement of the body to your breaths.

This time when you breathe in,

Gently raise your arms above your head,

Stretching high.

And as you breathe out,

Let your hands fall into your lap.

Go ahead,

Breathe in and raise your arms.

Breathing out,

Lower them.

Good.

Continue this movement on your own,

Feeling the focus needed for this simple task.

On your next breath out,

Let your hands fall in your lap and rest there.

Notice,

How do you feel after this simple exercise?

Your body is energized,

Movement and stretching while breathing has jump started your day.

This moment is a blessing.

Meditate on this feeling of peace you have right now.

Everything is happening as it should.

All is well in the day ahead.

Today holds many opportunities for growth and expansion in all areas of your life.

It is a blessing to be alive.

Knowing and caring for others is a gift.

Each moment of today brings greater clarity in your life.

Now think of an affirmation you would like to meditate on for your day ahead.

In a few words,

What would you like to accomplish or overcome today?

It is suggested to begin your affirmation with the words,

I am.

Repeat this affirmation silently or out loud to yourself in peaceful meditation,

Feeling the truth in your words.

Very good.

You have reached the end of your meditation.

Well done.
