Allow a smile to come across your face.
Notice how this smile feels.
It feels pretty good.
Closing the eyes now.
Let your smile just relax.
Let your entire face relax.
Breathe in one deep and full breath.
Breathing in and out naturally.
No need to control your breath in any way.
Just let it flow.
Notice a gentle relaxation starting at the top of your head and sweeping down your entire body.
Over the head and over the neck and shoulders.
Down the arms.
Over the chest and back.
Seeing this wave of relaxation travel down the legs.
All the way into the feet.
Your entire body is relaxing more and more with every moment that passes by.
Notice how relaxed you are.
And as you rest in an easy and meditative position,
You will begin to imagine yourself standing on top of a tall mountain overlooking the beautiful scenery.
You can notice the sun is about to set and you are enjoying the beauty of what you see.
Rolling green hills stretch into the distance.
Life is beautiful all around you.
You can feel the cool breeze.
You are enjoying the landscape in the distance.
Now see yourself looking extremely happy.
Your body is in extremely good health.
A huge smile is on your face.
You can see that your body is in perfect shape.
Being totally fit in every way.
You radiate good energy.
You are vibrant like a shining light for others to see.
Now begin to tell yourself that your life is beautiful.
My life is beautiful.
I love my life.
I am fit and energetic.
And as you relax more deeply and more fully,
You know that life is going to happen just as it should.
You will have an endless amount of abundance.
Now begin to imagine someone that you love deeply and who deeply loves you.
See their face.
Feel their presence.
Say to this person,
I am so grateful to have you in my life.
My life is beautiful because you are in it.
And see a big smile come across their face.
They are so happy to have you in their life.
And now that you can give this loved one a big hug,
Fully embracing one another and the love you share.
Wonderful.
Take a nice slow and deep breath in and out and we will continue to imagine a beautiful life involving your career.
Imagine yourself doing exactly what you want to do,
Something that makes you happy and also brings a good income.
Your life is so beautiful.
You get to do exactly what you love and helping others while doing so.

Notice any areas of your body now that cause you a little discomfort and extend your gratitude to these areas as well and say,
