This meditation is for a high-frequency positivity.
It will be full of positive statements and words of affirmation.
We will start off by letting go and saying no to negativity.
That way positivity has room to come in.
If you feel you are ready for this positive change in your life,
Please find a comfortable location.
Notice how your body wants to sit and give it that position.
Now just close your eyes.
Soften your chest.
Soften your back.
Give yourself an assurance that this is for your greater good.
Take three deep breaths on your own.
I will give you a bit of time.
And on your final exhale,
Just soften your whole body.
And find a stillness.
No need to move.
Just let your body remain nice and still.
It must obey you.
You're in command.
And now just ask your inner awareness,
With an open mind,
What negativities do I need to remove?
Then wait a few seconds,
Paying close attention to the next thoughts that come into your mind.
Once you have identified a few negative thoughts,
Say to them,
No.
Just like you're training an animal,
Say no,
It is time for you to go.
Continue to reflect on any negativities that you are going to remove once and for all.
And say to each of them,
No,
You are done.
I let you go.
Do this practice on your own for a few moments.
For every negativity that you say no to,
You are given a sense of relief.
You know that you are making way for positivity.
For positivity cannot live harmoniously within you,
With a cluttered mind and old negative ways that reside within you.
So remove every single one of them.
Take some time every day to ask yourself,
What do I need to let go of?
It is a wonderful practice.
Do this on your own and feel the benefits.
Okay,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Are you ready for that positive vibration?
Feel as if you are turning up the dial of your frequency,
Vibrating higher and higher and higher.
You have now cleansed so much and you are ready to vibe at a high rate.
Positivity is also known as love.
Experience the feeling of love.
Slowly it starts in the chest and begins to spread out from the heart.
Love.
Self love.
Love for others.
Love for the environment.
Love for all the material things that you have.
And as you feel more and more love,
Your frequency becomes really high.
Go ahead and feel gratitude in its purest form.
Love.
Now let a big smile come across your face and let positivity exude from you.
Go ahead,
Cheese it up.
Smile nice and big.
Think of some people that you really love.
Think of some moments that brought you pure joy.
You are good.
You are an amazing person.
You exude positivity.
People feel a sheer radiance from you because you practice this method of saying no to negative and then allowing the positive to come from within.
Even though you're vibing so high right now,
Say out loud,
I love you.
And feel how your frequency raises even more.
