Hi and welcome to this meditation for setting healthy boundaries in your life.

My name is Inka Petra and I'm your guide.

Setting boundaries,

Setting healthy boundaries in your everyday life will give you a sense of value,

A sense of respect and a deeper knowing of self-love and care.

Find yourself a seated comfortable position,

A posture where you can feel relaxed in your jaw,

In your shoulders,

In your hips.

Start this meditation with closing your eyes and releasing and letting go of everything around you,

Focusing on your breath and natural flow within yourself.

Start noticing where your breath begins and ends,

A natural boundary in your body.

Take a couple of breaths,

Becoming aware of your own body where the skin meets the air,

Where the out-breath meets the in-breath.

Exhaling,

Letting go,

Releasing all that has been,

Letting yourself be in the present moment,

Finding the awareness between your eyebrows,

The place,

The space of your mind's eye and start to visualize your ideal life,

Your dream life.

What is the key elements of building,

Creating your dream life?

What is included in your life?

With this clarity in your mind's eye,

Your third eye,

You can see how you deserve and need to show up as your best version of yourself and to be able to be able to live this dream life that you deserve and that you need.

You need to set up healthy boundaries,

Saying no to things,

Projects,

Persons that no longer serves you,

To be able to say yes to those projects,

Visions and dreams that are creating your dream life.

You need to learn to set up healthy boundaries to fill up your cup with energy,

Time and prioritize what you love,

What you are longing for,

So that you could take care of yourself and those around you.

So in which ways can you let those healthy boundaries set up a space for you to become more you,

The authentic self that serves you and everyone that you meet?

So what small steps can you take today to honor and devote yourself to the best versions of you,

To set up healthy boundaries,

To say no,

To say yes,

To be in the present moment right now?

Take a couple of deep breaths into your nose,

Out through your mouth,

Releasing,

Letting go and ending this meditation by setting your hands over your heart,

Over your womb space,

Connected to your inner wisdom and truth.
