Good morning and welcome to this five minutes intention meditation.
I would like to invite you to a comfortable seated position.
And notice how your breath is expanding and contracting in your own body.
And you follow your in-breath through your nose.
But also explore how your out-breath is traveling in your body.
Where in your body are you contracted?
Where in your body are you expanding?
I want you to count your in-breath.
And exhale through your mouth.
Once more in-breath counting for four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four and exhaling through your mouth.
Continue to have your own natural breath.
And see if you can form an intention for this day,
For today.
Just by being present in your body and listening what your body is telling you,
Speaking to you.
What is the most important thing for you to do today?
Maybe it's about health,
Family,
Relationships,
Your job,
Your physical body or your mental health.
Just follow your intuition and form your intention,
Your focus.
And let your next in-breath be an intentional in-breath to your body with your focus in mind.
Letting the whole body take care of your intention.
See your intention,
Hear your intention.
And the following out-breath is taking your intention out from your body,
From your mind and letting the universe take care of your intention.
As you would say to the universe that I need your help.
And continue with your normal natural breath into the nose,
Out to the mouth or nose,
Whatever it's perfect for you right now.
Put your hand over your heart and thank yourself for this five minute with yourself and your body and have a wonderful day.
