Hello friends!

Today I want to share with you a powerful meditation that will help you actually tap into your inner voice.

What you do is imagine that you were talking to someone who cares a lot about you,

Whether it be someone who loves you in your life or someone,

Some compassionate being or loving being that you can imagine.

And this gives you the opportunity to ask this being questions and to tap into some answers.

So I'd like to invite you right now to close your eyes and put your hand on your heart or another loving place.

It could be on your leg,

It could be on your shoulder.

So I want you to breathe deeply for a count of three in and out three times.

So breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Now I want you to imagine that you're in a beautiful place,

A place that you find very restful.

It could be a beach,

It could be a forest or in a mountain top.

Really see yourself in that environment.

What do you hear?

What do you smell?

If you're on the beach,

You could be listening to the water and feeling the sand on your feet.

Or listening to the rust of the trees if you're in a forest.

Now we're going to stay in this environment for a few more minutes,

Really soaking in the rest and the calm.

Now in the distance,

You see someone that feels familiar.

As they come closer,

You notice that it's someone who really loves you and really sees you for who you are.

You invite them to get closer to you.

As your compassionate friend gets closer,

You turn around to look at them.

You feel very,

Very safe with your compassionate and loving friend.

It's okay if you don't see a person.

It could be a being or a blob or a little light,

Or it could be an angel or someone important in your life.

Your compassionate being knows you very,

Very well.

He knows exactly what you need to hear.

You want to ask your friend something important,

Something that's happening in your life.

You want to ask them a question.

You can do that now.

Your compassionate friend always knows exactly what to say.

They may give you a piece of advice or remind you of your true wisdom and your own inner power.

If you don't hear anything,

That's okay.

Your answer may come later.

You can just enjoy being with your friend.

If you have another question that you want to ask your compassionate friend,

You can ask it now.

Your friend knows exactly what you need to hear.

You can ask your friend something important.

Your friend can give you advice or sometimes it could be something physical like a hug.

Before your friend leaves,

Your friend wants to give you a gift to remind you of this conversation and remind you of your ability to always tap into your own inner wisdom.

So you can stretch out your hand and ask your compassionate friend to give you your gift.

If you don't see anything,

That's okay too.

Now,

As you say goodbye to your compassionate friend,

Remember you can always talk to your compassionate friend at any time because it's you.

Now,

As you wave goodbye to your compassionate friend,

Take a few moments to really enjoy the environment.

Go back to listening to the waves of the ocean or the rustling of the leaves or feeling the warmth of the sun.

Now,

When you're ready to come back into the room,

You can take three breaths in and out for a count of three.

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

Now open your eyes.
