The meditation helps establish and strengthen your communication,
Connection and bond with your heart,
Your inner source.
Practicing this meditation strengthens your intuition and awareness,
Improves your focus,
Enhances positivity and calms the mind.
If sitting directly on the ground,
Please ensure there is a mat below you or if using a chair,
Ensure a mat is under your feet so that you are not directly touching the floor.
If possible,
Try to sit straight throughout the meditation.
You may take back support but only until your shoulders.
Please note,
This is a guided meditation so you just need to follow the steps.
In one of the steps,
You will be guided to focus at the center of your eyebrows for some time and later on,
You will also be guided to lift your elbows sideways,
Stretching your arms outward at shoulder height with the palms of your hands facing skywards,
Keeping all your fingers and your thumb together in a receiving mode.
Let us begin now.
Please keep your eyes closed,
Sitting comfortably,
Keeping your back straight,
Relax your body and mind completely.
Now invite a higher form that you naturally connect with.
It may be any form of the divine,
The formless,
The universal consciousness,
A master or a guide.
You may ask for guidance during the meditation.
If you do not have any divine form of your own,
You may just think of energy,
Light or nature itself or you may just be as you are.
Now being connected to that higher form,
Observe your breath.
Witness the natural flow of your breath without controlling or changing it.
Just be a silent observer of your breath.
So please familiarise my breath and manage it with your own elastic relatively curious conservation aids.

Slowly shift your focus to the center of your eyebrows.
Try and keep your awareness at the center of your eyebrows throughout.
Bring your awareness back to the center of your eyebrows.

Being in this state,
Flex your elbows and raise your arms to your sides at the shoulder height.
With the palms of your hands facing skyward,
All fingers and thumb touching together.
Now visualize a white light at the space between your eyebrows.

Just make your focus on the white light.

Being in this moment,
Relax your focus from the eyebrow center and slowly bring your arms down again.
Keeping the eyes closed,
You may slowly relax your body.
Now offer your heartfelt gratitude to that higher form you had invited to help you in this process.
Be in this blissful experience.
You are a divine child.
This is the best day of your life.
You are a vibrant,
Energetic and loving being.
