This mindfulness practice allows you to bring awareness to parts of the body that may need some attention or healing.
This practice can be done in a seated position or lying down.
So just take a moment to get comfortable and bring awareness to your breathing.
Notice the rising and falling of your chest with each breath.
Take a couple more deep breaths in and out.
And just letting the stress from the day fall off.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Noticing any tension,
Tightness or areas of pain.
Now take a deep breath into these areas of tension,
Bringing all the oxygen to these points.
And with every exhale,
Releasing any tension,
Any tightness.
Breathing into these areas of tension and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering the top of your head.
And with every breath in,
This healing white light will dissolve any tension or pain.
Slowly dissolving.
Now bring your awareness to your jaw,
Noticing any tension or tightness.
And take a deep breath into this area of tension,
Bringing all the oxygen to these areas and exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Breathing into this area of tension and tightness.
Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering the top of your head,
Moving down into your jaw.
And with every breath in,
This healing white light dissolves any of the tension and pain.
Now bring your awareness into your chest,
Noticing any tension or areas of pain.
Taking a deep breath in,
Bringing all the oxygen to this area and exhaling,
Releasing any of this tightness.
Breathing into the areas of tension,
Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering through the top of your head,
Down into your jaw,
Down into your chest.
With every breath in,
The healing white light will dissolve any tension or pain.
Really dissolving.
Now bringing your awareness to the upper part of your back,
Noticing any tension or tightness.
Taking a deep breath in,
Bringing all the oxygen to the area of tension.
Exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Breathing into the areas of tightness.
Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering through the top of your head,
Moving down into your jaw,
Down into your chest,
Through the shoulders,
To the upper part of your back.
And with every breath in,
Healing white light will dissolve any tension or tightness here.
Slowly dissolving,
Releasing.
Now bringing your attention into your lower back,
Noticing any areas of tightness,
Tension,
Tension,
Tension.
Taking a deep breath into this area,
Bringing all the oxygen in.
Exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Breathing into this area of tightness,
Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering through the top of your head,
Moving down into your jaw,
Moving down into your chest,
Shoulders,
Upper back,
Down to your lower back.
And with every breath in,
This healing white light will dissolve any tension and pain.
Exhaling,
Releasing,
Surrendering what no longer serves you.
Now bringing your awareness into your arms and hands,
Noticing any tension or tightness or pain.
Taking a deep breath in,
Bringing all the oxygen to any areas of tension.
And exhaling,
Releasing this tension and tightness.
Breathing into these areas of tension and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering through the top of your head,
Moving down into your jaw,
Your chest,
Shoulders,
Upper back,
Lower back,
Moving into your arms and hands,
Allowing your hands to open.
With every breath in,
This healing white light will dissolve any tension or pain.
Exhaling,
Releasing,
Surrendering.
Now bringing your awareness down into your legs and feet,
Noticing any areas of tension or tightness or discomfort.
Taking a deep breath into these areas of discomfort,
Bringing all the oxygen to these areas.
And with every exhale,
Releasing any of this tension.
Breathing into these areas of tension and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a healing white light entering through the top of your head,
Moving down into the jaw,
Into the chest,
The shoulders,
The back,
The arms,
Moving down into the legs.
And with every breath in,
This healing white light will dissolve any of this tension or discomfort.
Exhaling and releasing.
Surrendering.
That no longer serves you.
Bringing your attention back to your breath,
Back to any noise within the room,
And slowly opening your eyes when ready.
