Emotions,
Energy in motion.
It is the word in itself that gifts us guidance,
Insight,
And a simple solution on how to move,
Flow,
Deal with our emotions.
And with this beautiful insight,
Now out in the open,
I invite you to close your eyes if they aren't already closed.
Wherever you position and however you position,
Whether seated,
Reclined,
Or lying down,
Take this next moment of yours to move gently your body in whatever way it calls for.
Micro-movements,
If need be,
Anything that your beautiful,
Sacred body is calling for.
Getting your position here and now to rest a little,
Beginning to notice what emotions may be around,
May arise.
And taking this meditative journey as a unique experience where you commit to yourself to dive into yourself in ways you may have not done before and approach your emotions in ways or a way that you have not previously done.
In other words,
Here you're invited to commit to yourself,
To remain open to new ways,
New approaches towards your energy in motion,
Your emotions.
So please allow yourself to become aware of the emotions or one particular emotion that is present or arising just now.
And other than placing a word or a title to it,
Stay free from attaching anything else.
No stories,
No judgment,
Whether this is good or bad.
No need to analyze the whys and hows that brought this emotion or this collection of emotions into here and now.
See,
Begin to see this emotion or emotions as something visualized in front of your mind's eye,
No matter how vague or clear it may be,
And remembering that what it is that is before you is only given one name,
One title,
As if meeting a person for the first time,
Knowing nothing but their name.
Can you be with this emotion or this group of emotions,
Simply being,
Beginning to feel and only feeling,
As it is the nature of the mind to get involved.
Here you may remind yourself that analysis is not needed,
Simply allowing yourself to feel this one emotion or group of emotions within you,
Simply feeling.
Can you allow yourself to sink,
In a sense,
A little deeper into feeling into this emotion or group of emotions,
No judgment,
No mental activity needed,
Just experiencing what is within you,
Nothing more and nothing less,
Feeling,
Feeling,
Feeling it all.
As you are allowing yourself to simply feel,
You're honoring the nature of every emotion within you,
You're honoring that each and every emotion ever felt by you and currently being felt by you is energy,
Wanting and needing to be in motion,
And you simply feeling your emotions without judgment,
Without analysis,
There is nothing that attaches to these emotions,
There is nothing that anchors them down into your being so they can remain free and flow and be in motion,
Moving through you,
In,
And as they're being felt out of you,
Naturally,
No longer getting stuck and held within you,
So please continue to feel,
See if you can recall the emotion or emotions you experienced a few minutes ago,
Or if new ones have arisen or are arising,
Any and all can be felt,
So go on,
Go on and feel some more,
Free of judgment,
Feel,
Every emotion is beautiful,
As long as we allow it to remain energy in motion,
Just like you and your body need to breathe air,
So do emotions,
Your emotions need to be felt,
Simply and fully,
Take this space here to be with your emotion or emotions,
For as long as it feels appropriate and needed today,
Continue to feel,
Your emotional being deserves this,
It is how we reconnect,
Rekindle our relationship with our deeper self,

Simply feel some more,
And know this is always accessible to you,
