Connect deeply with your heart with my guided medition, your heart holds the power to heal you, join me on this beautiful journey of gratitude and love, my intention is that you leave this meditation feeling relaxed, open, grounded, energised and feeling alive.
Transcript
Welcome to my meditation.
I feel truly honored to be here and to be guiding you deeply into your heart.
My intention for this meditation is that you feel my heart and you feel your heart very deeply.
So let's begin.
Close down your eyes if that feels good or just lightly gaze to the floor.
Get really comfy and if it feels nice place one hand on your heart or two.
When we touch our heart physically it takes us right to that place.
So you can either have your hand on your heart or your hands to the side.
You choose.
You decide.
Now let's connect to a really deep breath.
We're going to breathe in through our nose and expand our belly outs to begin with and then let's release all the air out our mouths.
So let's do this four times.
Breathe all the air out then breathe in two three four and release out your mouth.
Breathe in two three four and release out your mouth.
Breathe in two three four and release out your mouth.
Breathe in two three four and release out your mouth.
Now just connect to a really deep breath in and out of your nostrils at your own time.
A deep healing breath.
Enjoy your breath.
Thank your breath,
Your life force and feel the gratitude for all your breath does for you.
Now imagine breathing your breath into your face.
Imagine that warm delicious healing breath entering your face and as it does allow your breath to soften your face.
Allow every single muscle in your face to soften.
With each breath your face becomes more relaxed.
Your forehead,
Your eyebrows allow your eyes to become heavy and all the muscles behind your eyes softening relaxing deeper and deeper.
Feel your breath enter your cheekbones and allow them to soften.
Bring your awareness to your lips and feel your lips soften.
Now bring your awareness to the inside of your mouth and allow your tongue to relax.
Unclench your jaw and soften your chin.
With each breath feel yourself going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Now imagine your breath entering your throat and as it does allow the breath to soften the throat area relax and release any stagnant energy let it go.
And now imagine your breath entering your heart space.
Allow your breath to gently enter your heart space.
Feel its warmth enter your heart and allow your heart to soften with each breath.
Be willing to soften your heart today.
Feel the tenderness of your breath and your heart as they connect.
With each breath feel your heart becoming softer and softer.
Relax.
And if you're willing to open your heart today and just gently start to open up your heart.
With each gentle breath allow the heart space to start to open.
You can imagine your heart as a beautiful flower like when the sun rises and the flower starts to open up gently softly.
Imagine your heart opening up from the front and the back and as it gently opens start to create some space.
Feel your heart opening up expanding and as you start to open up your heart now imagine your breath flowing through your heart space.
Allow your breath to release any suppressed emotions or feelings allow them to flow.
Emotions are our gifts and once you breathe through your heart your eyes may want to release some tears.
Allow the tears to flow.
Release release gently opening up open open and start to feel the power of your heart.
Go deeper and deeper into your heart space.
Feel the vastness of your heart.
Feel the power of your heart.
Feel the strength and the courage of your heart.
Tune in deeply.
Tune into your own wisdom.
Tune into your intuition.
Deep within your heart lies all the answers that you are looking for.
Keep opening keep breathing deeply.
Let's bring in some gratitude for your heart.
Feel deeply the gratitude you have for your heart for all it has guided you to do for its strength and its encouragement.
As long as your heart beats you are alive so feel deeply the gratitude for your heart.
And now ask your heart to show you something that you're grateful for and bring it in.
Feel it.
What is your heart showing you today?
Make it really bright really vivid and feel it deeply.
Feel the appreciation for whatever has shown up.
Feel the gratitude deep within your heart and through every single cell of your body and thank whatever has shown up today.
Now ask your heart to show you someone that you love deeply and allow that person to enter the space.
Imagine that person entering the room and look at them.
Their beautiful smile,
Their eyes.
Feel their presence like they're here.
Feel that person deeply and imagine them coming towards you.
Imagine opening your arms to this beautiful human being and as you do bring them in for a hug and feel them deeply.
Bring them in tight and feel both your hearts connected beating as one.
Breathe deeply and smell that person bringing all the senses.
Feel the gratitude for whoever your heart is showing and then let them go from the embrace and hold their hands.
Look deeply into this person's eyes.
This person that you love deeply.
Hold their gaze and tell them.
Tell them the impact that they've had on your life.
See them with your heart.
Speak to them through your heart and watch as they receive your words.
Watch them receive them with love and gratitude.
As they receive your words,
They're smiling and perhaps there's a tear rolling down their cheek overwhelmed with love.
Now imagine sending that human being so much love.
Imagine love from your heart radiating out to their heart.
Two open hearts connecting and healing together and then ask your heart to show you a beautiful memory of the two of you together.
A blessed memory and when you find that memory,
Allow yourself to step back into it.
As you step into that memory,
Really feel what you felt then.
See what you saw then.
Hear what you heard then and smell what you smell.
Bring it all back and feel it deeply.
A blessed memory.
A beautiful memory.
Feel deeply the gratitude for that memory in that moment in time with this human being that you love.
Thank your heart for reminding you of that moment.
Thank the person you love.
Send that person so much love and wish them well and then allow them to go.
Now imagine yourself in your home and imagine finding your favourite mirror in your home.
So go there now in your imagination and imagine walking up towards your mirror and when you get there,
Look at your reflection.
Look at you.
See yourself from your heart,
From the deepest part of your heart that loves and accepts yourself fully.
The part of your heart that forgives yourself instantly.
Look at yourself through your heart.
Look deeply into your own eyes and thank yourself.
Thank yourself for all that you have been through and that you're still standing.
Send yourself love from your own heart to your reflection's heart.
Allow the love to flow.
As you look at yourself in the mirror,
I will repeat some affirmations and if they feel good and they resonate,
Then internally say these affirmations to yourself.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
And feel that deeply.
You are enough.
I am strong,
I am intelligent and I am wise.
I am strong,
I am intelligent and I am wise.
I am strong,
I am intelligent and I am wise.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
You are love and love is always the answer.
Feel that love deeply,
That unconditional love that lies deep within your heart.
And feel the gratitude for yourself today.
For taking this time of self-love by going deep within your heart,
You heal yourself and that healing radiates out into the field,
Into the community,
To your family,
To your friends and every person that you are connected with.
Feel proud of yourself for being here today.
Breathe the way you do when you're proud.
Breathe pride into your heart.
And then gently come back to a deep breath.
And with each deep breath,
Come back to a deep healing breath.
As you gently bring yourself back into the physical body.
With each deep breath coming back in to the physical body.
Feel your body against the chair or the bed.
Take your breath down into your toes and your feet.
Start to wriggle your toes.
Start to awaken the toes and the feet and your legs.
Now take your breath into your hands.
Wriggle your fingers and start to create some movement in your hands.
Awakening your hands,
Your arms and your shoulders.
Take your breath now into your face.
And smile to awaken your face.
Place a beautiful smile on your face.
This is how it makes you feel.
Take your breath into your eyes and blink them gently open.
Come back in to this present moment.
Feeling grateful for yourself and for the practice that you were just committed to.
And I want to thank you from the deepest part of my heart for coming on this heartfelt journey with me.
