Lyndi Rivers, LMSW, C-IAYT has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1994. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2007 and offering yoga therapy since 2010. Lyndi is a licensed social worker (LMSW) and a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) as recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She specializes in pelvic health, nervous system regulation, and sexual wellness. She currently teaches lectures and workshops at Miraval Arizona, a wellness resort and spa.
