My name is Lucid and today we will be going on a guided journey to strengthen our trust in the future,
To strengthen our inner peace,
To connect with our higher selves,
And to simply be in the present moment.
You may choose to do this meditation sitting in an upright position with your spine straight.
You may also lay down in a comfortable space,
Make sure that you are warm.
Let's take a deep breath in together through the nose,
All the way into the belly and holding the breath at the top and now releasing the breath through the mouth.
Together we take another deep breath in through the nose,
Our breath reaching all the way into the belly and releasing through the mouth.
Another deep grounding breath in through the nose and releasing through the mouth,
Maybe even with a sigh.
You can now feel yourself fully present and grounded.
Feel your sit bones rooted on Mother Earth.
Feel the ground beneath you and remind yourself that Mother Earth is always here to hold you,
To protect you,
To ground you no matter what is going on around you.
Keep breathing deeply at your own tempo and if you haven't done so already,
I invite you to close your beautiful eyes.
You can also put your left hand on your heart space and your right hand on your stomach to really feel yourself breathing deeply,
Feeling your stomach,
Your belly expand while you breathe in and feeling your hand on your belly moving inward as you breathe out.
We are taking this moment together to find peace of mind even though our outside world may be a little bit wild at the moment.
Lots of energies of uncertainty.
We've been feeling some energy of fear coming up because uncertainty often leads to feelings of fear.
But what we are here to remind ourselves of in this moment is that in this very moment there is no fear,
There is no uncertainty.
The only important thing is our breath so keep breathing beautiful being.
Keep breathing in that life force energy.
Whenever you feel feelings of anxiety or fear coming up,
I want you to remember this meditation and I want you just to breathe.
I invite you to breathe and just feel anything that is coming up for you in this very moment without judgment.
Think of yourself as the observer of this moment not feeding into the programming,
Not feeding into the fear.
You can always come back to the breath.
Anchor yourself in this present moment.
It's just you,
The present moment and your breath.
With this next breath I want you to inhale the feeling of safety and to exhale any feelings of uncertainty.
Together we inhale safety and we exhale and let go of uncertainty.
With this next breath we inhale trust and we exhale fear.
Together we inhale the feeling of fully trusting and exhaling ultimately letting go of fear.
Together beautiful being we inhale connection,
The connection to our higher selves,
The connection to the collective and we exhale loneliness.
Together we inhale connection and oneness.
We are one and we exhale and let go of feelings of loneliness.
Together we inhale love,
Feel it all throughout your being and exhale any negative vibes you've been feeling.
You're doing great.
Take a few more deep breaths as you feel a warm,
Warm sensation in your heart space.
Really breathe into your heart space and just feel this love that you have created within your being.
Feel the positive vibes you are sending all throughout your being,
Throughout your body,
Throughout your mind,
Throughout your soul.
The positive vibes you are sending to the entire collective because you are taking this time to stay present and to not give in to the fear.
I want you to know that you are right where you need to be and that your soul chose to live on this beautiful earth during these transformative times.
The universe gives you nothing you cannot handle.
Say that again for the people in the back,
The universe only gives me situations that I can handle.
Repeat after me,
The universe only sends me situations that I can handle.
I am strong.
I am safe.
I focus on love,
Creativity and healing.
I focus on love,
Creativity and healing.
When I focus on high vibrational things and emotions,
The collective is able to heal and awaken.
When I focus on high vibrational things and emotions,
The collective is able to transform and heal.
Breathe deeply into these magical affirmations and intentions that you have just sent out into the universe.
You dear soul have been chosen to strengthen the frequency to raise the vibration of mother earth.
Let's breathe in a few more times.
Let's breathe in unconditional love and exception and breathe out these strong intentions into the universe.
Let's breathe in love,
Trust,
Connection and breathe out healing oneness.
