Throat & Solar Plexus Light Language

So I felt really guided to jump on and share a little bit of light language just to kind of clear the throat chakra,

Clear the solar plexus.

I am just being guided that there's like lots of big energies coming in at the moment and just really want to clear those chakras so that you can receive and so that you can really step into your power,

Start to live authentically and start to live your truth.

Maybe there's something in your life that you're scared to do or fear of judgement going on so it'll really help to just clear any blocked energies so that you can receive the energies coming in under this Aquarius full moon and activate something within you hopefully so it's just going to be really quick.

So if you just want to start by closing down the eyes and taking a few deep cleansing breaths into your body,

Just breathing in through the nose and releasing out through your mouth in a sigh and just releasing something from your day or from your week that's on your mind.

If you just want to do that a few times just with your eyes closed and if you want to place your hands on your throat area or your solar plexus which is kind of just a few inches above your belly button while I do this activation and this clearing,

Feel free to do so.

But if not,

Just kind of intuitively feel where it's good for you and just try to relax and focus on the breath.

Don't try to work out what the light language means,

Just surrender to the sound of it as best you can and just enjoy receiving this little light language treat.

So if you just want to continue taking a few breaths and just releasing the breath out through the mouth now and just breathing in and out through the nose if that's available to you and just try to settle down,

Connect to earth,

Connect to yourself,

Connect to the energies of the moon and just surrender to this activation.

Anything that you're finding it difficult to step into,

Just notice and just breathe into your body and just feel the support of the universe and feel the support of the full moon,

The support of Mother Earth and the support of Spirit.

Spirit wants you to be able to live in your highest truth,

Your highest power and you are supported no matter what,

Even if it does not feel like that all the time.

So if you just want to take a few more deep breaths into your body,

Just start to come back and just release any of those intentions or any of those blocks into the universe,

Release them to Mother Earth and just enjoy a few moments visualising what it is that you want to do in your life,

What your deepest desires are,

What your heart yearns for and just spend a few moments just in silence just visualising what that might look like under the energies of this full moon.
