Lull yourself into sleep and peace. We journey with a relaxing sleep meditation before receiving deeply healing light language codes. The intentions for the light language transmission are to invite peaceful, nurturing sleep and to sleep easily and deeply. Use this practice as a daily invitiation into sleep. It can support in healing insomnia, a busy mind or difficulty sleeping. Light language is a beautiful, channeled, multi-dimensional language that can bring healing at a cellular level.

We can often be so busy as we move through our day,

That when it comes to the end of it,

We find it hard to settle.

But we can invite in a settling into our space.

We can invite in an intention for peace and for sleep.

We can learn to relax our mind and relax our body so that bit by bit,

Sleep becomes easier.

The intention of this meditation is just that.

To gift you some stillness.

To gift you some presence.

To gift you some sleep and to help you drift off into rest.

I invite you to begin by settling down the eyes and ensuring that you're comfortable wherever you're resting.

Soften into the surface beneath you and ask yourself,

Can I be 5% more comfortable than I am now?

Maybe there's an itch or an item of clothing that doesn't feel as comfortable as it could.

So inviting you now to make any adjustments to make yourself that 5% more comfortable.

And once that's done,

Spending a moment to give some gratitude for three things you've experienced today.

They could be big or they could be small.

Perhaps it feels hard to find gratitude.

Maybe you've had a difficult day.

But if that's the case,

Try to go back to basics.

Give gratitude for the earth beneath you.

Give gratitude for the ability to listen to this meditation.

Give gratitude for the air that fills your lungs.

But stopping for a moment to give some of that gratitude now.

And once that's done,

Really settling into the body.

Inviting relaxation into each part of the body.

Inviting a softening in the crown.

And scanning down your face.

Noticing whether you're holding tension there.

Whether there's tension in the jaw.

We often hold so much unconscious tension there.

So just taking a moment to loosen it.

To invite a softening.

Maybe you want to do that through movement.

Or maybe you simply want to set the intention to soften the jaw.

All is welcome.

This is your time and your space to settle.

Moving down into the neck and shoulders.

Noticing any tension here.

Are you holding anything?

Taking a breath into this area.

Imagining this breath flexing through that entire area.

Spreading and stretching out.

Through each muscle,

Each bone.

Inviting deep relaxation in.

Moving down into the torso.

Noticing whether the belly is soft.

Whether you're holding it or sucking it in.

We often spend so much of our day unconsciously sucking in our belly area.

So allowing it to release now.

Allowing it to be soft.

Giving it the space to be free as it is.

And then moving down the legs.

Thanking them for carrying you today.

And breathing in a wash of warm,

Soothing energy into this space.

Noticing this warmth move down the legs.

Over the knees.

Into the calves.

And finally meeting the feet.

And just noticing what's going on with the feet.

Are they feeling tired from the day?

If you warn them out.

Or perhaps you don't feel much.

Sometimes people find it difficult to connect to the feet or to sense the feet.

And that's fine.

But just checking in with the feet and just noticing what you feel or don't feel.

Inviting in relaxation into this area.

Beginning to deepen the breath now.

Breathing in and out through the nose or the mouth.

Whatever feels comfortable.

Whatever's available for you.

But deepening the breath for a few rounds.

Allowing it to travel into all of the parts of the body.

Obvious and unobvious.

Allowing relaxing breath to travel into the fingertips.

Into the tips of the toes.

Breathing in a soothing golden light.

And breathing out any debris from the day.

Knowing that any to-do lists.

Any worries.

Any planning or thoughts about tomorrow.

Can all be put on hold.

Can all be given to Earth to take care of.

Knowing that you can pick back up any of these tasks.

These to-do lists.

You can pick them back up tomorrow.

So taking a few moments to release them to the Earth.

Perhaps there's one or two things in particular.

That are taking up your attention.

If that's the case.

Take a moment to bring them to mind.

And simply ask the Earth to take care of them.

Until tomorrow.

And know that this is being heard.

Release them.

Let go.

With the next out breath.

Invite a releasing of these things from your mind.

A releasing of them from your energy field.

A releasing of them from your consciousness.

And trust that they've been taken care of.

And now take a few moments.

If you're still with us.

To set any intentions you have.

For this sleep.

Perhaps it's to sleep deeply.

And feel energized when you wake up.

Perhaps you're in need of healing.

And wish to intend that sleep encourages this healing process.

Maybe you're struggling with a decision at the moment.

Or need to make a change.

So perhaps setting the intention.

To invite in clarity of mind.

With tonight's rest.

Take a few moments to reflect on what your intention might be.

What is your heart's desire at this time?

What are you yearning for?

And then state this intention internally.

In the mind.

Three times.

In a positive way.

For instance.

I am sleeping deeply.

And being nurtured by this deep rest.

Or I am experiencing healing as I sleep.

Whatever your intention.

State it three times.

And know that it's been heard.

And releasing the breath now.

If you haven't already.

Releasing the mind.

And getting ready to receive these light language codes.

These light language codes are infused with the intention for a peaceful sleep.

For a nurturing sleep.

And with the intention to allow you to slip into a deep sleep easily.

Know that you are safe and protected.

Surrounded by a beautiful golden light.

That only love can penetrate.

Feeling the warmth of this light.

Like the sun on your skin.

And receiving these codes.

To drift you into deep slumber.

These vibrations.

These languages of light.

To wash over you.

To infuse each and every cell in your beautiful body.

To bring peace and stillness to your mind.

To release any worries that you're carrying.

Drifting deeper into them now.
