You can use these sleep affirmations for protection to protect your physical & energetic bodies while you rest. You will be guided on a sleep meditation before they begin. Begin to make yourself comfortable,

Preparing yourself for sleep,

Preparing the space you're in for sleep.

Getting cosy,

Making sure you're warm,

Beginning to settle the body,

And give the body the signals that it's time to sleep.

And as you're settling yourself asleep,

Ask yourself,

Is there anything I can do to make myself 10% more comfortable?

And if there is,

Giving yourself permission to do that now.

Maybe you've got an itch,

Or maybe there's something scratchy against your skin.

Maybe you need to change positions.

But take the time now to do whatever it is that you need to do to settle down for the night.

And we begin to settle the body by taking a few cleansing breaths.

Breathing in your fullest breath through the nose,

Holding it at the top.

And sighing it out through the mouth.

Releasing anything you've been carrying from the day.

Releasing any debris,

Any to-do lists,

Anything that's been on your mind.

Releasing the need to think or worry about what's going to happen tomorrow or next week or next month.

Releasing all that you have into the night so that your mind,

Repeating that cleansing breath,
