This Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation into deep rest- for your body, your mind, and your nervous system. Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and sleeping, where your body can fully relax while your awareness remains gently present. In this practice, you’ll be guided to release tension, soften your thoughts, and drop into a space of stillness and reset. There is nothing you need to do, just listen and allow yourself to be supported. This can be especially supportive during times of transition, like the new moon—a moment to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You may choose to pair this practice with journaling afterward, allowing any clarity or intention to naturally arise.
