Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you turn inwards and release what no longer serves you.

We'll go deep into our emotions,

Into our intuition,

Into our center so that we can release and let go what is no longer meant for us to hold on to.

We'll begin by getting in a comfortable position,

Whether that's sitting up nice and tall in an easy pose or if you feel more comfortable laying down,

Grab yourself a blanket,

Get cozy.

If you find yourself drifting off to sleep,

Always come back to the movements and the ebbs and flow of your breath and listen to my voice as I guide you through this imagining.

We'll begin by getting settled in this physical space.

So wherever you are,

Make sure you are in a quiet comfortable room or space where you can't be disturbed.

Begin to relax here as you gently close your eyes and start taking big deep slow inhales in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhale fully,

Stomach and rib cage fully expanding.

Hold at the top and sigh it out,

Let everything contract.

Keep taking long deep steady inhales in and out as you start to sink further and further into the ground,

Relaxing your muscles and your cells.

Starting to get settled in this physical space,

Noticing if you're sitting upright how the weight of gravity of your sit bones are on your mat or your floor or your meditative cushion and paying attention to how effortlessly the earth holds you up.

Now just paying attention to any sounds you might hear either in your room or outside of your room.

Maybe you hear the gentle hum of the heat or the air conditioning or the calming noise of the birds chirping outside.

Then just starting to focus on the temperature of the air on your skin.

Do your hair stand up from the cool air,

Gently kissing your skin nice and warm and cozy with a nice blanket wrapped around you.

Now bring your sense to the sense of smell in your room.

Feel your nose hairs move and flow as you inhale for cool air and exhale out warm.

Taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it for a beat at the top and exhale sinking further and further into the earth,

Fully relaxing your body here so that you can go into your meditative imagining space.

Once you feel grounded and safe in your place,

Now you can turn inwards.

Coming into your third eye chakra,

Place your attention to the space between your eyebrows right above your nose.

This is your intuition center,

Your psychic space.

Just starting to imagine looking back at the past two weeks.

What has come up for you?

What victories do you want to celebrate?

Are there any small or big wins you want to bring into light here?

Just starting to notice the space between your eyebrows and your nose.

What have you felt hurt?

What have you felt lack?

Where have you felt stuck?

Bring those up to the surface now,

Feeling every bit of emotion,

Holding on to that feeling.

Now,

If you can just imagine a moment in your life where you've been in a state of deep meditation,

Just imagining that there is a big body of water right out in front of you.

You're standing in front of this beautiful bright blue sky with the glistening of the water right in front of you.

It can be a lake or a pond,

An ocean or even a swimming pool.

Whatever is coming up,

Imagine in this water right in front of you,

Gently touching your toes.

Slowly start to walk into this water now,

Fully immersing yourself in the water until only your head is up out of the water.

How does the water feel here?

Is it cool?

Is it warm?

Once you feel comfortable in this water,

Start to bring up all of those negative emotions you felt these past two weeks.

All of those in now.

Take a big deep breath in and as you exhale,

Start to dunk yourself underwater here,

Holding your breath for as long as you can until you can't anymore.

Watching all of those disappointments,

All of that hurt,

All of that lack flow from out of your body into the water as you continue to release and let go,

Allowing the water to take every inch of your pain away.

Once you've fully released and let go,

Now bring all of those good feelings back.

The victories,

All of the small or big wins,

Everything that brings you joy and happiness,

Call those into your body right now and start to swim with these feelings,

Gliding through this water,

Feeling surrender,

Feeling love,

Feeling joy.

Just keep swimming.

Feel how good it feels to be carried by the universe.

And once you feel refreshed and revitalized and renewed,

You can stop swimming now and just gently take your head out of water and just start to float here,

Allowing the warmth of the sun to soothe your skin as you were just being carried.

And as you are floating in this water now,

Just start to reflect on intentions that you want to set for the next two weeks,

How you can slow down and just allow yourself to be carried,

Not putting any pressure on yourself,

Not scrambling to get things done,

But simply just being.

Reflect and set these intentions now and I'll be back to guide you.

Good.

Slowly start to come back into this physical space.

Take a big deep breath in and exhale.

Starting to come back to your room,

Feeling the weight of gravity on the floor,

Feeling the temperature of the air,

Any smells and any sounds you may hear.

Allowing it to wake up your body,

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,

And whenever you're ready,

Gently blinking your eyes open.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you in this meditation.

And just know whenever you need to release,

Whenever you need to let go,

Allow yourself to be carried by the universe.
