Future Self Visualization

One of my favorite ways to connect with my intuition is to pay my future self a visit. Manifestation meditation can be a powerful experience for getting really clear on what it is you want and need. Future self takes it a step further by introducing you to yourself X number of years in the future. Future Self = Higher Self. They are always with you! This 17-minute visualization will help you get to know them so you can call on them whenever you need their wisdom.

Holy shit that was power stuff I’ve never done a visualisation but had heard so much about it from Jay Shettys book “think like a monk” tears came down my eyes walk-in away from the house telling myself - don’t under value your self and do all the things you said you would because you can and are well able.... dam that was amazing x
