Hello beautiful souls!

Today we're going to pay our future selves a visit.

This guided visualization is very helpful particularly if you're having trouble accessing your intuition,

Your higher knowing,

Your inner wisdom,

Or if you have any questions about your life that you need answered or anything you want to manifest for your life.

I find it so helpful to pay my future self a visit when I need to remember that I have my own best interest at heart.

To remember my connection to universe,

To my highest good and highest potential,

This person that I am becoming.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat with an upright yet relaxed spine.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it go.

Gently blinking the eyes closed.

Set an intention for this meeting with your future self today.

Maybe it's the first time meeting them or maybe it's one of many visits you've been paying them.

What clarity do you like to walk away with today?

Use this intention to decide how far in the future you'd like to visit yourself.

Ten years?

Twenty years?

Thirty years?

Even forty years?

Is there a particular age you'd like to see yourself at?

Once you have it it's time to begin.

Let's take three deep breaths in and out at our own pace.

See yourself sitting here.

Turn your head to the right and visualize an elevator appearing on the right wall.

You stand up and walk toward the elevator doors.

They open.

You step in seeing a dial next to the door with the current year on the left and the year to which you wish to visit on the right.

Turn that dial from left to right.

The doors ding and close and the elevator begins to lift.

You rise up up up through the roof of your building through the clouds seeing yourself below practicing this visualization.

The elevator halts to a stop.

Ding!

The doors reopen.

Curiously you poke your head out of the elevator and see your future home just in front of you.

It calls to you drawing you out of the elevator until you're standing right outside the front door.

What do you see?

Look around taking the scene fully in.

How do you feel being on the edge of meeting your future self?

You walk right up to the door and knock three times.

The door creaks slowly open and you come face to face with your future self.

How do you look?

How has your face changed?

What are you wearing?

Has your style changed at all?

What can you tell about your future self just by looking at them?

Your future self beckons you in and says,

I've been waiting for you.

We have so much to talk about.

As you step into their home they draw you into a warm embrace.

How does it feel to receive this gesture of friendship and compassion from yourself?

Opening your eyes you look around the home.

What do you see?

How big is the house?

How is it decorated?

What is the light like?

How does it smell?

What is the energy like?

Is there anything you hear?

Is anyone else there?

What are they doing?

Your future self offers you something to eat or drink.

What is it?

How does it feel to be nourished by your future self?

They lead you to a back room where you take a seat and get comfortable taking in this space.

Your future self sits opposite you staring lovingly and curiously into your eyes.

I'm so happy you came they say.

You can call me.

What do they want to be called?

Having a nickname can make it a lot easier to relate to this version of yourself.

Once you have it they say I know you have a lot to ask me.

What do you want to know?

Go ahead ask anything you want.

Imagining them,

Holding your gaze,

Listening intently and then wait for their responses.

I'm gonna give you some time here to have a conversation with your future self.

You you you begin to wrap up your conversation begin to wrap up your conversation now as your future self rises from their chair so do you and offer them some parting goodbyes as they lead you back down the hall to the front door giving you a final hug taking in the sweetness and the compassion as you turn to walk out the door your future self stops you and says wait I forgot to tell you this one thing the most important thing you need on your journey what is it you thank them again taking in all that you've learned turning heading back into the elevator the doors close as your last glimpse of your future self waving at the door disappears and the elevator begins its descent back down ding the doors open you cross the room back into your body and sit down take a deep breath in wiggling fingers and toes coming back into this outline of your body feeling your chair below feeling your feet on the earth you gently blink your eyes open taking in your surroundings and now is a great time to grab your journal and write down anything you wish to remember from this experience may it serve your journey
