Now find a comfortable place to sit down or lie down.
Make sure you are warm and hydrated as we begin.
In this guided self-hypnosis session,
Your subconscious will learn to focus on beneficial thoughts and ideas to promote healing throughout your day instead of the thoughts and emotions that cause more harm.

Please begin to relax as we go about our introduction.
When you are ready,
Flatter your eyes close and begin to relax.
You know in any healing process,
We are helplessly ignorant as human.
It's natural to be scared and worried when we are not feeling well because we have no idea what the body is going through.
However,
You can learn to be a cheerleader,
An effective conductor or a motivational CEO.
We all know a conductor of a symphony or a cheerleader for a basketball game doesn't need to play any instrument,
Neither play the game.
Only the spirit and intention of a cheerleader can help the entire team win the game.
Now you are going to practice just that.
Before your subconscious is open to suggestions,
Let's take a few deep breaths to relax our minds.
Do your best to follow what you hear or completely absorb in your own world for a moment.
There's no wrong way of doing this as long as you can hear my voice or spaces between my words.
Any noise in the background is not important.
Ignore them.
They only relax you deeper.
The more you listen,
You will be able to drift into a state of deep subconscious learning more easily and quickly.

Now begin to deepen your breath.
Make the exhale a bit longer than your inhale.
You may pause at the bottom of your exhale before breathing in again.
Keep deepening your breathing as you're listening to the sound of your breath.

Let go the attention and allow your breath to become natural,

So what I would like you to do is to pay close attention and repeat each sentence directing it at yourself.
And as you relax there,
You can hear the sound of my voice.
And you can feel sensations in the body.
And as you relax deeper,
You can notice thoughts coming to mind.
And you can drift deeper with the spaces between my words while becoming more focused with each sentence I say.

Focused with each sentence you say.
And you can continue to enter trance in your own unique way.

And you know how to walk.

And you know how to talk.

And you know how to understand what I'm saying.

And you know how to let your mind wander and daydream.

I wonder when you will become too much effort for you to keep repeating suggestions and instead just let go and drift all the way inside a pleasant dream.

And you can get a sense of being so relaxed and sleepy,
The eyes shut all by themselves as you enter a wonderful dream of excitement and discovery and deep learning.
That's very good.
You know your thoughts and attention are like the spotlight of your awareness.
When they dwell on something,
They make it bigger,
Larger and in focus.
It's like tunnel vision,
Very sharp,
Very narrow and very powerful.
Now imagine you are in control of this spotlight.
You decide to focus on thoughts of healing and send the healing message,
The healing intention to your entire body with confidence and coherence.
What is healing?
What is it like to you to be healed?
What is healing like in your personal dictionary,
In your memory?
Maybe it's like soaking in a nice warm bath.
Maybe it's the sound of the oceanic waves.
Maybe it's someone who loves you deeply,
Your lover's whisper.
Maybe it's like the scent of lavenders or the flowers of your like.
Maybe it's the taste of your favorite meal,
Your favorite soup,
Silky and smooth.
Just bring that memory into the light.
And now give that healing light a color.
Direct this healing light with the feeling of being healed completely.
Direct this light into your body from the top of your head.
Allow the light to pour into your body.
Wash over and remove all the toxins,
Virus,
Germs at contact.
Imagine this healing light coming in and spreading out in your body to work together with your immune system.
To give your immune system more energy and more intelligence.
It's like a deep good sleep.
Keep your immune calm and confident.

And sometimes it's thermal which generates heat to promote healing and so on.
Simply keep your healing intention and trust your body to do the right work.
So your body will do so.

So you heal properly.
It's very nicely done.
You know the virus is just a series of RNA codes wrapped in some protein shells.
It's not even alive.
It's not a living organism.
It cannot harm you itself.
It's the reaction of your body that could potentially cause symptoms of illness.
The virus doesn't harm us in any way except maybe makes ourselves busy copying its code.
Viruses cannot harm you.
That's why some of the patients never develop any symptoms.
We know if our body keeps calm and stay relaxed,
The virus is just a tiny grain of dust.
They're just dust.
Your immune system does not need to bring out the big gongs.
You can simply relax,
Immerse into a deep trance,
And make way for your immune to manufacture a lot of antibody,
The exact right amount of medicine,
And dust all the viruses,
Germs,
And toxins away.
Just dust all of them away from you.
We don't need to have symptoms to get rid of them.
We can remain calm and defend our body with confidence and ease.
That is right.
