Now find yourself in a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes,
And take a nice deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
Continue to breathe in fully,
And feel the tension leaving your body with every exhale.
With your next inhale,
Imagine the fresh ocean air filling your lungs.
As you exhale,
Let go of any stress,
Lingering thoughts or worries.
Inhale the cool,
Crisp and revitalizing air,
And exhale,
Just let them go.
As you enjoy the rhythmic sound of waves rolling onto the shore surrounds you,
Lulling you into peaceful stillness.
Each wave is a reminder to relax,
To surrender,
And to be fully present in this moment.
Just be here and now.

Let's take a gentle journey through your body,
Releasing any remaining tension.
Let's begin by bringing your awareness to your feet.
Feel them sinking into the soft sand,
Completely supported.
With each breath,
Releasing all the tension held in your feet and your toes.
Relax your feet,
Your ankles and your toes.
That is very good.
Gently moving up.
Feel the soothing ocean breeze sweeping around your legs,
Carrying away any heaviness in your calves,
Your knees and your legs.
Completely relax your calves,
Your knees and your legs.
Allow the warmth of the sun to gently soften your muscle in your thighs,
Melting away any tightness in your hips,
And relax your thighs,
Your buttocks and your hips.
With each wave that rolls in,
Feel a gentle release in your lower back.
Let your belly be soft,
Rising and falling,

As the waves pull back into the ocean,
Imagine them carrying away any weight or stress from your chest and your shoulders.
Feel light and free in your shoulders and relax the area between your shoulder blades.
Let your hands rest easily and feeling the cool grains of sand slip between your fingers,
Grounding you in this moment of relaxation.
Relax your arm,
Your elbows,
Your forearms and your hands and release any tension in your neck,
Your jaw,
Your face,
Your eyes and relax your forehead.
Imagine a gentle ocean mist kisses your skin,
Cooling and soothing every part of you as your body sinks into deeper and deeper relaxation.
You feel that your brain is turning off.
Your brain is shutting down,
Winding down to a gentle humming sound.
There is nothing to think about,
Nothing to work on.
Just relax your entire brain and gently surrender to a deep sleep.
Now I'm going to count from 10 to 1 with each number you hear,

The soft golden sand cradles your heels,

You can feel the warmth of the sun's last golden rays gently touching your skin as a light ocean breeze brushes against your face.
You are breathing in and out naturally and effortlessly with the rhythm of the ocean.
The scent of the salt and sea air filling your senses,
Fresh and pure.
The subtle fragrance of sun-kissed driftwood and distant tropical blooms lingers in the air.
Listen closely to the waves as they rhythmically crash and retreat,
Whispering a soothing lullaby.
Seagulls call softly in the distance,
Their voices blending with the ebb and flow of the tide.
With every sound,
Scent and sensation,
You become more relaxed,
More at peace.
You drift deeper and deeper into your dreams.
Now your body is fully relaxed,
From the top of your head all the way relaxed to the tips of your toes.
Embraced by the rhythm of the ocean,
As if you are floating effortlessly on the calming waves.
With each breath,
Your mind and consciousness just drift deeper.
You sink deeper into tranquility.
The waves continue their soothing melody,
Guiding you into a peaceful,
Restful night of sleep.
You are safe,
You are at ease,
You are held by the ocean's gentle embrace.
Let the waves carry you into the dream world,
Into stillness,
Into deep nourishing sleep.
And now you may take a moment to sink even deeper into this dreamlike state.
As we get close to the end of the recording,
