In this audio, you will be guided through gentle relaxation and the recitation of positive healing suggestions. The prayer is non-denominational and not tied to any specific religion; instead, it is rooted in universal spiritual principles. This is a supportive practice for times of transition, especially when the fear of change may arise. It is recommended to practice the same prayer for 21 days to support deeper transformation.

Allow yourself to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

If you want,

You can close your eyes.

Focus on your breath and notice its temperature.

Breathing through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine gently erasing whatever is pulling you out of this present moment.

Return your awareness to the temperature of your breath.

Imagine that there is a bright white light over your head,

Bringing a warm and comfortable relaxation to every nerve and muscle in your body.

Washing away any tension.

Relaxing your facial muscles,

Your neck muscles,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Back muscles completely relaxed,

Hips,

Legs.

A wave of peaceful energy is flowing over you.

In today's practice,

We are reflecting on the meaning of new beginnings.

And just as the sun rises each day,

Offering every being the chance to live anew,

Each morning invites us to make new choices.

A new day is itself a new beginning.

A new beginning can also appear as a shift in perspective,

A moment when we see life through different eyes and discover a renewed way of looking at things.

And this journey invites us to surrender to the perfect plan of our lives,

Embracing mystery and the unknown as our guides.

Along the way,

We may need to release old plans that no longer nurture our soul's evolution.

And it is important to remind ourselves that the new might not always arrive in familiar shapes or forms.

It may bring revelations about what we are still holding on to or where resistance is keeping us from flowing with the cycles of life.

As I recite the prayer for a new beginning,

Feel free to place your hands on your heart and repeat what I say silently or out loud.

May I surrender now to this new beginning.

May I release the past with ease and gracefully embrace what wants to unfold for my highest good.

It is my birthright to live in harmony with the ever-changing universe.

May I welcome people and situations that will support me in my spiritual and personal growth.

I am worthy of the many gifts that existence has to offer.

Thank you.

Take a long and deep breath and imagine that you are now in a new place.

Imagine that the bright light is washing away the fear,

The resistance toward the new.

And as you dissolve the resistance,

You become more open.

You feel a sense of acceptance.

And now I invite you to envision a period of growth and new opportunities entering your life.

Connect with the good feelings.

Thank you for being here today.

If you want,

You can close your eyes,

Bringing with you the sense of ease and peace with you.

It is suggested that you practice this prayer for the next 21 days.
