The practice today is to guide you in shifting your focus from the external world to your internal world.
In this process,
You will tune into your body and what needs from you,
Fostering self-respect and self-nourishment.
Begin by taking a deep breath in and holding it for a few seconds.
And exhale slowly.
Repeat this process a few times.
Deep breath in,
Hold it,
And exhale slowly.
Be aware of the temperature of your breath,
Allowing any tension to melt away and relaxation to take over.
Notice any sense of relief that arises.
Breathe normally.
And now I invite you to notice if there is any part of your body that feels very relaxed or neutral.
And notice if there is any part that still holds tension.
And allow the part that feels neutral or relaxed to send the relaxation or neutrality to that part that still feels tense.
Relaxing and letting go.
This practice can be valuable when you need to regain a sense of resourcefulness.
Think of your body as a place for you to recharge.
And I invite you to ask,
What can I do to recharge?
Think of your body as a place for you to recharge.
And I invite you to ask,
What can I do for my body today to let it feel nourished?
Perhaps you can touch part of your body and ask,
What do you need from me today?
And allow yourself to honor what your body needs from you.
Perhaps it may require water,
Sunlight,
Time in nature,
Rest,
Sleep,
Laughter.
As we conclude this meditation,
I invite you to respect the needs of your body so we can support you on your journey to vitality.
Thank you.
