Today's practice is an invitation to find solutions from within by listening to your inner guidance and intuition.

Trust that the images that come to you today are portals for healing and possibility.

I invite you to take a deep breath and let it out slowly through your mouth and release any stress and tension allowing your jaw to drop a little bit Take deep breaths and allow any tension to melt away as you go deeper into a state of relaxation Become aware of the temperature of your breath Let the air in and out slowly Allow your neck muscles to relax completely your shoulders and back muscles releasing any stress,

Any tension Feel your entire body becoming lighter and lighter Now I invite you to inhale by counting to 4,

Hold your breath by counting to 7 and exhale by counting to 8 and at the end just breathe normally You can make a sound of relief or deep sigh letting go of any tension and perhaps now you feel more connected to yourself and this is the state in which you can ask questions to your higher wisdom and let it guide you I invite you to imagine,

Sense and feel that you are walking in a beautiful field of flowers a place where you feel calm,

Serene,

Safe Notice the smells of this place Notice the sunlight brings warmth and relaxation to your whole body There is a gentle breeze Every breath you take takes you deeper and deeper into your inner world As you walk in this beautiful field of flowers,

You feel completely relaxed I invite you to imagine now that you are coming closer to a flower Perhaps sitting with this flower Just notice the shape of this flower the colors the smells or the texture What feelings and sensations this flower brings to you?

Now I invite you to ask to this flower,

What do you want from me?

And be open to it to this flower,

What do you want from me?

And be open to any words,

Sensations and messages Now ask if the flower has a message for you Do you have a message for me?

You might want to take deep breaths If you have an issue,

You can ask,

Do you have a message about how I can solve this issue?

Just honor what you hear,

Sense and feel And perhaps you feel a sense of relief or peace Perhaps an energy of love and serenity And I invite you to give that to your whole body right now Give that to every cell,

Fiber and tissue of your body What action will guide you to honor that?

What action will guide you to honor what came through your practice today?

Perhaps you will reflect on it,

Write,

Talk to others or take an important step toward the resolution of your issue I just invite you to make a commitment an inner commitment to honor your intuition,

Your higher wisdom and accept the messages that are coming to you as part of your healing journey As we end this meditation,

I invite you to open your eyes bringing with you a sense of peace and relaxation
