Thank you for being here and for committing to this 21-day meditation to reclaim your power.
I invite you to find a comfortable position where your body can fully rest.
You may sit or lie down and if you feel calm,
Gently close your eyes.
Allow this experience to relax your body and calm your mind.
Take a long and deep breath and as you exhale,
Release any stress or tension.
Take another long deep breath in and as you exhale,
Allow a soft sound of relief to leave your body.
And now inhale once more,
Hold the breath for a few seconds and as you release it,
Again make a sound of relief.
Return now to natural breathing and simply notice the temperature of your breath as it moves in and out.
I invite you to imagine that you are walking in nature,
Perhaps your favorite place,
A place where you feel calm,
Safe and at ease.
Be there right now.
Notice the sounds around you,
Allowing them to relax you even more.
Perhaps there is a gentle breeze touching your face.
The sunlight softly warms your skin,
Bringing relaxation to every nerve and muscle.
This warmth is soothing and at the same time invigorating.
A deeply pleasant sensation spreads through your body and for this moment you can let everything else go.
As you continue walking,
Notice the colors around you,
Rich,
Alive and calming.
They create an atmosphere of deep relaxation.
You feel more receptive now,
More present,
More connected to your breath and this moment.
In today's meditation you are invited to reclaim your power.
By connecting with your inner resources you gain more capacity to hold space for others,
More energy to focus on what truly matters to you and greater confidence in yourself and your abilities.
Now bring to mind a time when you felt connected to your personal power.
Perhaps it was a moment of accomplishment,
A major life transition or a day when you acted from peace and clarity.
Be there now.
Notice how it feels in your body to have your power with you.
Do you feel grounded or safe?
Do you feel at ease or excited?
Perhaps you feel successful.
Notice the sensations,
Notice your thoughts and now allow these feelings to grow stronger and let them fill your body again here and now.
Breathe deeply.
You may notice a sense of gratitude,
Ease or inner stability.
Let the sensations be with you.
If your power had a color,
What color would it be?
Imagine this color expanding throughout your body,
Growing bigger and brighter,
Expanding beyond your body,
Beyond your home,
Your city,
Your country.
Now beyond the planet itself.
Feel your power expanded,
Limitless,
Present.
Now gently bring your awareness to a situation in your life where you feel stuck,
Powerless or disconnected from yourself,
From your power.
I invite you to see yourself moving through the situation with your power fully present.
Take a few deep breaths as you practice seeing,
Feeling and connecting with new possibilities.
Be there now.
Notice what is different as you think and act from your power.
Is there more ease,
More clarity,
More confidence?
See your energy transforming the situation,
Overcoming difficulties,
Creating space for joy,
Resolution,
