Settling in a comfortable place where your body can feel supported either by a chair or lying on the floor just allowing your body to breathe itself natural inhalation and a natural exhalation we are all part of the cosmic divine symphony the laws of physics are the same laws of harmony perhaps placing one hand on your heart and asking yourself what do I need right now in this present moment are you here to let go of anything to relax to restore any part of yourself in order to cultivate more self love bringing your awareness to your chest so that you feel that you're sitting in your heart asking your heart this tender space what it needs right now it doesn't have to be in words it can be a feeling or an image if nothing comes up then this is welcome if we want to influence an intention and manifest we need to be in a coherent state of being so aligning our will with a higher will or divine source helps us come into a coherent and congruent state of being it doesn't matter what you call this divine source what is most important is that it is a step towards aligning with the frequency of pure love and pure light when we do this things begin to flow and will manifest for us like magic how do we do this we tune in words to where we feel what is there whether it be resistance or tension pain tiredness aches grief longing we simply notice and allow to go deep into our most vulnerable parts of our divine beings with love and compassion this is a step towards healing it is in alignment with the divine source it is the act of self love that pursues our healing tap into the divine love flowing from source it is the master frequency we need to tune our instruments into this energy of love the divine will is always present just waiting for us to open up and receive it so open up and receive know that you are worthy of receiving this divine love as you are love cradling your being and the frequency of your own heart so give yourself permission to fully relax and receive these healing frequencies noticing and allowing any sensations to be there with loving awareness connecting yourself to the dynamic inner wisdom of your body becoming tuned and aligned with the whole divine cosmic symphony www.
