We will be using positive affirmations to help you to bring self love into your life whilst you enjoy a deep sleep.
Loving yourself is important,
It can change the way that you see the world and the way that you see yourself within the world.
Self love is important in relationships,
Knowing that you are worthy of the love that you receive from others,
Also in work,
Knowing that you are worthy of the role that you play in your day to day life and that you deserve the best for yourself.
When we love ourselves we become open to receiving love,
We often put ourselves down using negative words and the more negativity that we place upon ourselves the more we begin to believe these things.
Without self love we will not truly know our full potential.
These affirmations will help you to reprogram your mind to love yourself and love your life.
Listen to these affirmations whilst you sleep and allow yourself to manifest this feeling of self love and reprogram your mind to feel this way.
So make sure that you are in a comfortable place and in a comfortable position.
