These affirmations are aimed to help with depression.

By repeating these affirmations daily you will begin the process of changing from a negative mindset to a positive one.

By being here you are already taking a step to manifest happiness in your life.

Whatever you are going through right now,

Just remember that you will get through this.

Accept these affirmations after me,

Either to yourself or out loud.

I am not defined by depression.

I forgive myself and set myself free.

I am loved.

I am resilient.

I am safe.

I am strong.

I am growing stronger every day.

My family loves me.

My friends care for me and value my friendship.

I love and approve of myself.

I am separate from my depression.

I do not have to prove myself to anyone.

Going through a particularly difficult time of negativity and this really did help me change perspective. Would love an introductory breathing part before affirmations but apart from that all great ☺️
