I hope that you have had a lovely day and now you are ready to relax and have a nice peaceful sleep.
I'm going to be repeating some affirmations that are for sleep and insomnia.
These will be I am affirmations and I will also be creating a you are affirmations audio as well.
So you can choose whichever you prefer.
You do not need to repeat after me or anything like that.
You can just listen to these soft spoken positive words.

To begin,
Make sure that you are comfortable in bed,
Ready to fall asleep,
Ready to rest and relax.
I will be repeating these affirmations a couple of times so that you can enjoy every word as you rest.
So if you are ready,
We will begin by just taking a couple of relaxing deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to feel fully relaxed,
Breathing in relaxation and as you breathe out letting go of the day.
Now you can relax as I repeat these affirmations.

My mind is quiet and peaceful.
All is well and I am supported.
I feel relaxed and happy.
I am safe and secure right where I am.
I am becoming sleepier with each breath I take.
I am feeling calm and peaceful.
