Hey,
Welcome to this gratitude meditation.
This meditation is for the end of the day.
This is a moment for you to reflect on your day and to invite gratitude into your life and into your body.
So first of all,
Make sure that you are in a comfortable place,
Either sitting down or laying down.
Somewhere that you will not be disturbed and preferably with earphones in so that you can fully relax into this moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And again,
Breathing in peace and breathing out stress.
Breathing in calm and breathing out pressure.
Notice your shoulders beginning to soften.
Allow the muscles in your face to be comfortable.
Unclench your jaw.
Allow the muscles in your neck and back to release any pressure.
Any tension that you are holding onto throughout your body,
Just let it go.
As you take a deep calming breath in and out.
This moment is to bring you peace and happiness.
To fill you with gratitude.
So right now,
I want you to think about your day and think about everything that you have experienced today.
Everything that has been said to you today and everything that others have done for you today.
Think of all of the positivity that you have experienced today.
Any moments that have brought you true happiness and made you feel thankful.
Now I want to ask you to think of three moments from your day that stand out to you.
It could be a person,
A gesture from someone or anything that makes you feel grateful.
So take a moment to repeat,
I am grateful for and add your three chosen things from your day.
Now that you have this gratitude in your mind,
I want you to hold this feeling in your body.
This feeling of happiness and positivity.
And repeat these affirmations after me.
I am filled with happiness and gratitude.
I am grateful for who I am and what I have.
I invite gratitude into my heart.
Remember to take a moment every day to focus on the moments in your life that make you feel grateful.
You can return to this gratitude meditation every day or whenever you need a boost in positivity.
So I hope you have a great evening.
Bye.
