Hey,
I'm here today to help you to relax before bed and to possibly help you to also fall asleep.
So if you are listening right now,
This is going to be soft spoken in ASMR style voice so that hopefully you can relax and forget about the world for a little while before falling asleep.
And I would usually advise you to use earphones.
So to begin,
Make sure that you are in bed unless maybe you prefer sleeping somewhere else.
But wherever you are,
Make sure that you feel comfortable.
Your head is on either a comfortable pillow or a cushion.
You feel a nice temperature whether you need a blanket or if you are just feeling nice and cool.
Take a moment to just notice how your body feels right now as you lay in this comfortable position.
Notice the rise and fall in your chest and your stomach as you breathe in and out.
Notice the air flowing in through your nose and out through your mouth and how calm that makes you feel.
Now relaxed,
Your body is feeling in this moment.
And just take a moment to notice your breath without changing too much,
Just however your breath feels comfortable.
And now I want to help you to fully unwind and relax your whole body all the way from your head down to your toes,
Starting at the top of your head and your face.
Continue taking deep breaths as you notice each area of your body is relaxing with each exhale that you take.
Putting all of your focus right now into your head and your face,
Noticing how the muscles in your face begin to relax.
Your face feels comfortable and your head feels rested.
Releasing your neck and your shoulders,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders and your back.
Letting go of any tension that you feel.
Noticing your chest and your stomach,
Noticing as they rise and fall with each calming deep breath.
They rise and fall,
Making you feel more and more calm.
Releasing your hips and your legs,
Allowing your legs to sink into your mattress as you let go of any pressure.
Your legs are softly sinking,
Ready to sleep,
Ready to rest.
And relaxing your feet all the way down to your toes.
Feeling this deep relaxation all the way from your head down your body to your toes.
Your body is fully calm.
Your mind is calm.
You are able to fully relax.
You are peaceful.
You can feel your body,
It's full of pure peace and positivity.
Feeling happy and peaceful as you allow yourself to drift off into a peaceful,
Deep sleep in this comfortable place.
Your body is resting.
Your mind is resting.
And now you can enjoy a calm and relaxing deep sleep.
