So to begin make sure that you are ready for bed,

And now close your eyes and take a moment to just notice your breathing.

Notice the flow of air moving through your body.

Notice how with every exhale your shoulders loosen.

Notice your body is feeling more and more calm.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out any stress,

Simply just letting go with each exhale,

Letting go of any pressure or stress.

Just feeling fully relaxed in this moment,
