Hey,

Welcome to these affirmations for when you are feeling overwhelmed.

I will also be creating a soft spoken sleep version for anyone who would like to listen to these affirmations whilst sleeping.

But today,

I will be repeating powerful affirmations that will change your mindset from feeling stressed and overwhelmed to feeling calm and motivated to take on the day.

So,

Take a break from the day,

Have a moment for yourself,

Remember to breathe deeply,

So take a deep breath in and out and repeat these affirmations after me,

Either to yourself or out loud.

I am letting go of my stress.

I am doing the best I can.

I am in control of my life.

I am strong and healthy.

I am confident.

I am overflowing with happiness,

Joy and satisfaction.

I choose to think positively.

I choose to be calm and centered.

One task at a time is enough.

I release the need for perfection.

I don't worry about other people's opinions.

I am becoming the best version of myself.

Peace and joy are filling my life.

I feel my stress melting away.

My mind and body are relaxed and calm.

Today I allow time for peace and self care.

Today I choose joy.

Everything is going to be okay.

I hope these affirmations could help you to release your stress and feel positive.

You have the power within you to get through anything that comes your way.

Just remember to take time for yourself whenever you are feeling overwhelmed.
