I'm going to be repeating some positive affirmations for you to listen to and repeat whenever you are feeling anxious.

By repeating these affirmations to yourself you will be changing your mindset from feeling stressed or worried and you will be able to overcome this feeling and any negative thoughts that you experience.

Just remember to breathe deeply,

Relax your mind,

Unclench your jaw and repeat these positive affirmations after me either to yourself out loud or in your mind.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am stronger than anxiety.

I am at peace in my life.

I am in control of my thoughts.

I have the power to change this feeling.

I can get through this situation.

I am worthy of getting help and support.

Every breath I take brings me closer to feeling better.

I choose to think positive.

I will be fine.

Everything is okay.

This positive feeling is here for you to access whenever you are feeling anxious.
