Welcome to this meditation.
Today I invite you to think about when you meditate.
Perhaps you've been meditating without even noticing.
You may have been sitting in front of a fire or sitting on the beach and looking at the ocean,
Not even noticing that for a moment you were just one with your surrounding,
Where you were able to simply be.
Breathe slowly,
Deeply,
And exhale as gently and slowly as you can.
And keep doing that cycle of breath in and out.
This meditation is gonna bring you back to the ocean.
So if you don't have the ocean nearby,
You can just close your eyes and come with me into this journey.
Keep breathing in and out as I guide you through.
Your breath is just like the waves of the ocean touching the sand on the beach,
Like a soothing touch,
Coming and going.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You're releasing tensions with every exhalation and you're listening to your breath just like the sound of the waves.
In and out,
Your mind is starting to relax,
To be focused.
You are standing on a beach,
Watching the waves,
Listening to the sounds around you,
The birds,
The wind and the trees,
The ocean.
You're gazing towards the waves.
You're looking far,
Far on the horizon,
Where water and sky kiss.
The sun starts to set on the horizon,
Letting the day go,
Painting the sky with all the beautiful colors of pink,
Gold,
Silver and blue.
The ray of light from the sun are so beautiful and bright.
They're glowing more and more until they reach your heart,
Making it shine intensely.
You become this amazing gold light that you radiate around you.
You become light.
As you keep breathing in and out,
You start feeling deeply relaxed,
Calm,
Serene.
You feel this energy and strength inside of you.
You emanate light.
Notice how you feel in your body as you imagine this gold color light coming out of you.
And keep breathing in and out into that light and slowly bring your attention back to your breath again.
Rub your palms together to create heat and place them above your eyes.
Slowly start flickering the eyelids until you're ready to open the eyes fully.
And remove your palms,
Remove your hands.
Come back to reality and take a moment to just notice how different you feel after having the sensation of being filled with that light.
Come back to this meditation anytime you feel that you need to fill your own cup with lots of energy,
Of light,
Of love,
Of calm,
Peace,
And serenity.
