This is a deeply relaxing meditation of three parts. The first part is a 4:8 breathing exercise to calm the nervous system and activate the relaxation response, this is followed by a calming meditation which brings stillness and peace, and lastly, a full body scan to let go of any tensions or stress held in the body. This is a great practice after a stressful day or just before bed to promote deep and restful sleep. Enjoy.
