Psalms EFT Experience

This scripture has been with me since birth, my mother would read it to me every night until I could do it for myself. I’ve found peace, clarity & strength in Psalms 23 in my toughest and softest moments.

I’ve coupled it with eft to actively practice embodying the wisdom it provides me. My prayer is that it will do the same for you. Regardless of how you identify the words can be adapted to call onto your divine source. Do what feels best for you - always in all ways.
