So now I invite you to take a drink of water,

Okay,

Just water helps us to process our emotions and our energy.

Perfect.

I want you to just kind of get comfortable in the body.

Maybe you want to close your eyes.

Maybe you want to roll your shoulders back,

Up and back or forward.

Take inventory of your breath.

And when it feels good,

Invite a deep inhale into the lower belly,

Filling up the lower back and allowing the air to rise up into the heart space,

Into the throat and a nice open mouth exhale release,

Dropping the shoulders,

Softening the jaw.

Just taking a moment to be present and allowing another inhale,

Breathing into the lower belly,

Filling up the lower back,

Bringing that air up into the heart,

Into the throat.

And when it feels good,

Exhale,

Release,

We're going to do that one more time,

Breathing into the lower belly,

Filling up the body with fresh air and on that exhale,

I want to be audible because we're activating our vagus nerve and telling our body we're safe.

Exhale,

Release.

Beautiful.

And you're going to focus it on me.

I'm going to show you exactly where to tap on the body and you're going to lightly be tapping so it's not like to hurt yourself at all.

You could tap with one finger,

You could tap with multiple fingers,

Either side,

Whatever feels good for you.

I just want you to lean into that and allow your intuition to help you in this process.

So we're going to begin tapping on the side of our hand,

Which is that pinky knuckle bone and that wrist bone.

I'm just going to lightly tap there.

Take a nice deep inhale,

Exhale.

You're going to repeat after me.

I take full responsibility for my well-being.

Are you going to say that again?

I take full responsibility for my well-being.

One more time.

I take full responsibility for my well-being.

And then when you are ready,

We're going to say in the same space,

I am doing my very best with what I have and I will not judge myself.

Then we're going to go to the top of the head and we're going to tap up here.

Beautiful.

For what I'm able to do,

I'm over letting others influence how I see myself.

Then we're going to go to the start of the eyebrow and this could be either side.

You're going to lightly tap there.

Beautiful.

I want to see myself through the eyes of source.

I am ready to love me for me.

We're going to go to the side of the eye,

So trace your eyebrow to the end.

Beautiful job.

We're going to tap right there.

Even the parts of me that I feel ashamed of and I cringe at deserve to know.

I'm going to follow the eye and go underneath the eye to the top of the cheekbones.

Beautiful.

Tap there.

And feel my infinite love.

I am always divinely perfect.

I am always beautiful.

I am always ever-changing.

And as I gain more awareness,

I will do things differently.

We're going to go to underneath the nose.

Beautiful.

You're going to tap there.

More loving kindness towards me to honor who I truly am.

I'm redefining what self-love looks like.

We're going to go to the chin now,

That crease in your chin.

You're going to tap there.

Beautiful.

Self-love looks like giving myself grace during moments where I feel like I made a mistake or that I didn't do my very best.

We're going to go to the collarbone.

I want you to feel there.

Beautiful.

Tap there.

Lovely.

Hmm.

Self-love looks like enjoying all of who I am,

Even if no one else does.

Self-love looks like doing what's best for me without hesitation or guilt.

Then we're going to go to underneath the arm,

And that would be where your bra strap is if you wear a bra or the end of the armpit.

You're going to tap there.

Beautiful.

I will witness who I am through a loving lens because loving myself,

Loving all of who I am,

Feels really,

Really good.

Then we're going to pause for a moment,

Take a nice,

Deep inhale,

Breathing in.

Slow exhale,

Release.

Melt the shoulders.

Soften the neck.

Soften the jaw,

The forehead,

Behind the eyes,

The scalp.

I'm going to take a moment here and just feel whatever's coming up.

If there's a tingling sensation or maybe you feel some type of vibration going on,

Just take a moment to be in that energy and see what it provides you.

Then take a sip of water.

Now we're going to do the second part of the tapping.

I'm just going to do a quick round going through the nine points again.

We're going to start off in our side of hands.

Deep inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale.

Repeat after me.

I love myself.

I love myself.

I love me.

Top of the head,

Tap here.

I love all of me.

Start of the eyebrow,

Tap here.

I love who I am.

Underneath the eyes,

Tap here.

I love who I be.

Underneath the eyes,

Tap here.

I love what I do.

Underneath the nose,

Tap here.

I love my past self for getting me through hard times.

Chin,

Tap here.

I love my current self for prioritizing my wellness.

Collarbone,

Tap here.

I love my future self for all that I will become.

Underneath the arms,

Tap there.

I am madly in love with me.

Every inch is wonderful.

I am so lucky and so blessed to be such an incredible person.

Then when you're done,

I want you to rub your hands together.

We're going to warm up our hand chakras.

You're just going to rub them together.

Create some heat in the palms.

I want you to place one hand over your heart space,

Where your heart chakra would be,

And the other one over your sacral.

Take a nice deep inhale,

Breathing into the sacral chakra.

Then exhaling through the heart space,

Pushing the breath through the heart space.

Another deep inhale,

Breathing into the sacral.

And exhaling through the heart.

Another deep inhale,

Breathe into the sacral.

Watch the belly expand as much as it can,

And exhale,

Breathe out of the heart.

Push out the air as much as you can,

Almost like your chest is caving inward a bit.

Now we're going to breathe in through the heart,

Filling up the chest with fresh air.

And exhale through the sacral,

Feeling the belly be pulled closer and closer to the spine as you exhale.

Breathe into the heart.

Exhale through the sacral.

One more time,

Breathe into the heart.

And exhale through the sacral.

Now I want you to bring your hands around and wrap your hands around you like a hug.

Squeeze tight.

This is literally the physical embodiment of self-love.

Our arms and our hands are an extension of our heart space.

So as we wrap them around ourselves,

We are literally practicing self-love.

So I want you to give yourself a nice little squeeze.

Maybe you want to sway back and forth.

Maybe you want to take a nice deep inhale in this position,

Breathing in to the heart,

Feeling it expand.

And exhale,

Release,

Sinking into the body a bit more,

Softening the shoulders,

Releasing the neck.

Maybe bringing your chin forward.

And in this space,

I want you to say the simple words of,

I love me.

I love all of me.

And I'm so grateful for this moment.

And this practice.

And my warm embrace.

And how satisfying it feels to take care of me.

And how easy and effortless it is.

And one more deep inhale in this position,

Breathing in as much as you can.

Exhale,

Release,

Soften the arms.

You can drop them by your side or in your lap.
