Welcome Wolf to an EFT audio.
In this audio we will be lovingly releasing any energetic ties that we may be having on our body and in our aura.
It is so important for us to do that because as we release these ties with love,
Of course,
We are allowed to feel freer and feel lighter and that allows us to expand and express our purpose and passion with more ease and efficiency.
We will be using emotional freedom tapping in conjunction with the HoΚ»oponopono prayer,
Which is a sacred Hawaiian prayer that helps to release energetic connections,
Not only just for yourself and your experiences,
Even for the subconscious experiences for those of past generations and for those to come.
When you're ready,
I'm going to guide you along an EFT session.
All you have to do is tune in and listen to what I'm saying,
Repeat after me,
And tap on the specific tap points.
Let's get into the tap points.
Our first tap point is going to be the karate chop point,
Featured on your hand,
Where your pinky knuckle is to the wrist bone.
That fleshy part,
You're gonna lightly tap there.
That's the first point.
Move to the top of the head and that's literally where your crown chakra would be and just lightly tap there.
You can use both hands or one hand,
Whatever feels best.
Then we're gonna move to the eyebrow and that's at the start of your eyebrow.
Lightly tap there and then we're gonna go to the side of the eye where our temples are and lightly tap there.
Then we're gonna go underneath the eyes and lightly tap there.
And then we're gonna go underneath the nose and you can use one finger to do this and lightly tap underneath the nose in the space between the bottom of your nose and the top lip.
And then we're gonna go to the chin.
Then we're gonna go to the collarbones.
Take a moment to feel where your collarbone is and there's like a soft spot right underneath both sides of the collarbone.
You can lightly tap in that little dip.
And then we're gonna tap underneath the arm and this would be where,
If you wear a bra strap,
It would be in that area.
But really it's right underneath where the armpit ends and you lightly tap there.
That is the entire sequence.
So now we're going to couple that sequence with the whole Upponopono prayer.
Begin in the first position,
Which is the karate chop point,
And you can begin to tap along with me and repeat after me.
I take full responsibility for my overall well-being.
Continue to tap in the karate chop point and repeat.
I take full responsibility for my overall well-being.
One more time.
I take full responsibility for my overall well-being.
Then we're gonna go to the top of the head and lightly tap here.
I am sorry.
We're gonna go to the eyebrow,
Tap here.
Please forgive me.
Temples,
Side of the eye.
Thank you.
Underneath the eye,
Tap here.
I love you.
Underneath the nose,
I'm sorry.
Chin,
Please forgive me.
Collarbone,
Thank you.
Underneath the arm,
I love you.
One more time.
Start at the top of your head and lightly tap here.
I am sorry.
Start at the eyebrow,
Please forgive me.
Side of the eyes,
Thank you.
Underneath the eyes,
I love you.
Underneath the nose,
I'm sorry.
Chin,
Please forgive me.
Collarbone,
Thank you.
Underneath the arm,
I love you.
Drop your hands by your side.
We're gonna take a nice deep inhale.
Breathe into the lower belly.
Allow the air to fill up and then allow it to slowly rise through the stomach,
Through the diaphragm,
Through the chest plate area.
And when you're ready,
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Release.
Drop your shoulders.
Melt back into your body.
Take another deep inhale.
Breathe into the lower belly.
See if you can take a second breath through the heart.
Breathe in that love.
And then ready,
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Release.
Let the energetic relationships lovingly go.
Continue to take deep breaths as you take in these words of wisdom and insight.
As we practice the whole Pono Pono prayer,
What it allows us to do in those four sentences,
Those four statements,
I'm sorry,
Thank you,
Please forgive me,
I love you,
Those four statements allow us to forgive whoever.
We don't have to bring them to mind.
It could be something that happened in a past life.
It could be something that happened to an ancestor.
It allows us to forgive.
Allow us to forgive ourselves if there's something that we did and we didn't properly forgive ourselves.
It allows us to show gratitude by saying thank you.
Thank you for the lesson.
Thank you for the experience,
Right?
Because we always grow from what we go through.
The I love you is to express the ultimate power which is in this world,
Which is love.
And please forgive me,
Of course,
Again,
Is us asking to forgive ourselves,
Us asking to forgive another person.
As we embody these four statements,
As we are energetically tapping on these acupressure points,
These energetic portals on our body,
We are telling our body to release,
To let go of the trauma,
To let go of the energetic cords.
And this is such a gentle way to do so.
Sometimes when we think about traditional cord cutting,
It can cause us to feel like,
Yeah,
I'm just gonna cut them off.
But there's still a little bit of heaviness and negative energy to that act that doesn't allow us to be our best and brightest self.
So I want you to use this every single day to release.
It takes up to two minutes to do and after a while you'll be able to remember it and you won't even need this audio.
And I can't wait for that to happen.
I love you so much and I really,
Really hope you incorporate this into your everyday healing modalities so you can begin to feel lighter and to prosper with ease.
I'm sending you so much love.
I love you to the moon and back.
Beautiful day,
Wolf.
