It’s been a few weeks since my last meditation. This was a wonderful way to come back to the practice and I look forward to utilizing this one again. There’s a couple of door slams or some kind of noise towards the end in the background of this recording however xo

I usually do this one when i want to fall asleep but can't get past the pain. Not only does it help with pain, but it relaxes me enough that i can fall asleep at the end.
