Good morning.
You just woke up and your energy is low.
You had an awful night and the way you feel is just like,
No,
I don't want to get out of bed.
No,
I don't.
I'm not happy.
You're not happy.
So come sit down.
Sit down for a while and start to breathe in this body which is not happy right now.
So be with the energy that's in the body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Let the new energy come into the body and release.
And start moving your body from side to side.
And maybe this makes you even more angry.
I don't know.
Maybe it makes you good.
But just try.
Do it anyway.
Just do it.
Because somehow you don't want to stay in this awful position.
You want to go out of this.
So move from side to side.
And breathe.
Start to breathe.
Let your breath go to your feet,
To your legs,
Up to your knee,
To your hips,
To the bottom,
To the stomach,
To the back.
Even though my cat is angry today,
You can hear that.
So let go the breasts,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The hands,
The neck,
The head,
Your face.
Wiggle your face.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Just let your face get into all shapes you can do.
And if there is some anger in there,
Just put some voice in it.
Waaah!
Wooo!
Yeee!
Aaaah!
Just let it go out.
Just let it through.
And where your body hurts,
Go to that place and try to stretch it out and release it and go aaaah!
What is in there?
Just go to the place and get some new energy in there.
Be focused on the place which hurts and go in there and stretch it out and put new energy in.
Then let go again.
Breathe in.
Let go.
Breathe in.
Let go.
And then I tell you,
There is some place in your body where there is a light.
Maybe it's in your throat,
Maybe it's in your back,
In your toes,
Your fingers,
In your heart.
Go to that place.
And even though it's just a tiny place,
Just go to it and breathe with the light in there.
And ask yourself,
Wow,
What is in there?
It's just a little space,
What is in there?
And even though you don't know what's in there,
Just breathe with it and it will be brighter for you.
Make it bigger.
Let it go and fill up your body from the place it started.
You just breathe with it and let it grow and let it fill the whole body in you.
And now,
Let the light surrender you.
Let the light be inside of you or love outside of you.
And now,
Be in this place,
This place of light and take down in your hand the things which make you sorrow,
Which make you sad or angry.
Take it in your hands and put it in one of the hands to the left,
To the right,
To the left,
To the right.
And just put all your love and light into this little ball you are having in your hands.
And try to transform this anger,
This sorrow,
Even though it's something you think you will never change in this.
Maybe you were lost in somehow.
Maybe you lost your belief.
Maybe you lost your love.
Maybe you lost someone you really cared about and you think this pain,
This anger,
This sorrow will never,
Never change.
Please take the anger,
The sorrow,
The things who have hurt you in your hands and give them all your healing with your hands.
Give this situation a lot of healing.
Just move it from side to side.
And if there is some sorrows,
Some tears,
Just cry them.
If there is anger,
Just let it go out.
Just let it go out but keep you stay in the light while you work with this problem in your hands.
So the things we are doing is that we are giving the situation as much love and light we can do.
So it will change the energy around the situation because everything is energy.
So you will change the subject.
You will change the way you see the problem,
The way the problem can solve.
That's how it is.
That's the law.
That's how it is.
So if you put all this love and all this light into this sorrow,
This anger,
This illness,
Put all the love you can into it.
And maybe it will seem like it will be smaller.
You feel in your hands this wow,
Now it's just like a pearl rolling from hand to hand.
Sometimes you have to sit for a long time and sometimes it's just a matter of few,
Few really powerful energies to transform this.
So now the things I'm working with here,
It's like water and I still go with the hands,
Give the water to the one hand to the other hand and soon it will begin to turn very warm.
So the water will be warm,
Will find the heat of your own temperature and soon it will feel like air.
But you still go put your hands up,
Your hands down,
Hands up.
You will still feel the energy between your hands and you will go up and down and up and down and then stop.
Hold your hands facing each other.
Hold your hands facing each other and feel the energy between your hands and tell into your hands,
May there be love,
May there be light,
May there be joyfulness,
May there be happiness.
May we all have part of the beautiful energy.
May I feel it in my heart,
In every bones of my body.
May I feel it in all my emotions in my body.
May the air around me feel it.
May it be in the air around me.
May it be where I go,
In my home,
In my garden,
In my street.
May it be all around me.
May the loving energy go to the nature.
May the nature combine me.
May the nature feel this love and may I feel the love for nature.
May this energy,
This light,
This love go around the world.
May it make a light around the world,
Around the world.
May I feel the world in my heart.
May I be with the nature,
With my house,
With my room,
With my space around me.
May I be with me.
May I be with my heart.
May I feel peace in my heart.
May I be happy.
So my happiness will fill me up with light.
So my light will fill the room up with light.
So my light will fill my house up with light.
So my light will fill the garden and the streets up with light.
So my light will fill the earth and the nature up with light.
So my heart will fill all around the world with my light.
May I always feel that I am part of the universe.
May I always,
Always feel the energy going is like a river through me.
And may the river help me to be with all feelings,
All hurtings,
All heartbills,
All sorrows,
All things in life.
And may we all vibrate in this beautiful light.
May we help each other.
May we open our hearts and help each other no matter what.
