Lotte is here and welcome to this beautiful morning.
I hope you're all fresh in the body and if you are not,
You're still welcome.
So I ask you to stretch your arm over your head and just make one of the side a little bit longer and the other side and you can be standing up or sitting or actually laying down it's fine but just change from side to side,
Go up to those trees,
Take those apples and try to get them down and look for if your hands can be moved from you take them a little bit forward and to the side and backward actually also yeah and move this and you can feel your chest is moving,
Your hips are moving and all your back is moving actually yes and take your hands to the side and do like a wave with the one of your hands arms take it up in the air and down again up in the air and down again and feel that your shoulders is coming to the right space when you return when you take your hands down you return and feel the shoulders can come to the right space and now your shoulders take your shoulders backwards backwards you can take one of them or you can take them both on the same time you decide and then you go forward we have to be aware to open our heart of course when we go backwards but also be aware that we don't close the area in the back for the backside of the heart so the backside is our past and the front is the future okay that's the way I see the body when I when I work as a body therapist so the things coming up in the front is right here now and for the future and the things which come up with the client is it's the backside it's it's what the past what we have been living or the things we didn't lift okay so now you take your head and put it on one of your shoulders and to the other side and don't press it just one shoulder another shoulder and you can make a half moon like you're rolling your head on the front and forward again to the other side so you roll ahead in a half moon and then you take your shoulders back again and then you take your arms up just put them just in front of your shoulders and you turn from side to side so you have this twist in in your back so we wake up the back and now you go from side to side you can take the arms over your head so you open up a bit deeper to your back and now you move your hips forward and backward don't press it just be nice always be nice to yourself forward and backward and forward and backward and now you open your mouth open as much as you can open tongue out and close and open and close and open and close and then come into your right position position for meditation you can lay down with a straight back your hands open your body open open your mind your shoulder sole be aware that your head is on the top of the bottom of your back just let it be there so you can be open for the energy can work in your body so sit still now contact the body be aware maybe you can feel some vibrations in there because we have been moving just a little bit nothing special just a little bit maybe you can feel the energy is going around in the body so try to get this feeling that you open a door in the front of you you just open this door to a beautiful beautiful garden that is so much light when you open this door and actually maybe you can feel the light make you feel the warm from the sun and you can feel the light is going into your skin just let it in open open the door to your body to your soul to your mind open up take your arms out and open it open this door and just be with this vibration just for a while and maybe you want to go into this garden feel your naked feet on the grass and look all over the hills and you can see down to the valley you can see out to the ocean you can hear the birds you can feel the sun just be in this feelings enjoy look at all the leaves there's so many beautiful leaves there's a butterfly and some birds just look at them and when you look at them take contact like you were speaking to a person take contact to this bird thank you I can walk in this garden I'm so happy to have this present with you that you are here you're a bird I'm a human we are energy yeah and if you feel for it then move your body from side to side or up and down or you roll your shoulders just get in contact with your body and feel what do you have to do to let this body get in a better shape to have this beautiful moment in the right way so you go further you feel the garage and you find the right spot maybe you have to let you run down this hill to the ocean and be on the sand and this beautiful beach maybe you have to climb this mountain over there and stand on the top or maybe you just have to relax and lay down on the grass or find a tree you can sit on just find your right spot and sit down relax there for a while and when you are there when you are all settled on your right spot and breathe inside your body and you have this feeling that you can breathe in all of your body on the same time also your head start breathing in your head in your face in your back head in your shoulders your neck your throat your arms your chest your heart your back your solar plexus your hips your stomach your legs your feet your toes your fingers breathe in all of your body when you have done that then open up to feel the space around your body feel the space around your body and feel there is some you can call them Ruth but you can call them hair too there is some beautiful strings going out all around your body and it's vibrating so it go out to this nature your nature it's your place no one can come in there it's only your place it's saved it's your safe place and let this hair of feelings of vibration let them go let them connect to this space to this tree to this sand to this mountain to this hill let them connect to the earth to the flowers to the birds and be aware that it's on the side of you it's on the front on your top on your feet or your bottom and your back and you just move with your strings here and you can actually move your body on the same time just let this string go out and be aware that you can feel with those strings you actually have feelings in those strings and you can feel every vibration so if you contact this beautiful flower you will have a beautiful energy from this flower and you will you will connect to it don't take the power but just like when you feel the heat of the sun you don't take the heat from the sun but you just share the gloryness in this warm sun that's the same with the flower the tree the earth the wind the mountain the sea the sand the beach wherever you are and I give you some time to be at this place and just be aware all all the time you feel around your body and you feel you take this nice vibrations into your skin into your body into your heart into your whole system so you feel the body with energy I will call you back but just have a nice time here and when you are connected to this loving nature around you then come back with your feelings into your body with your awareness inside of your body and breathe again in the stomach and now we soon will come back from this garden but remember that your strings around your body is here and you can take a beautiful golden shield around you so when you go you can have you have to keep this nice vibrations inside your body and you can go to work to your whatever you have to do you can go out in the world but you will have this shield around you and you will only take those things in which is necessary okay so you don't let people go in and give you some bad energy you just have the shield to hold it out okay and you keep your nice vibrations in here you can let the nice vibrations go out to the world I hope you will of course we have to share this beautiful energy if we have a beautiful energy inside we should share it we should share it and yeah that's what it's all about it's a kind of love but don't share you have to give yourself first and then only share when there is enough okay and there is enough you can just go to this space and and get more okay there's no limit of this energy so I ask you to on your own way say thank you for this beautiful place the garden you have been in the mountain the sea the ocean the sand the beach the trees the birds whatever you have discovered connect to it and say thank you in your own way and then we just go backwards and we close the door in front of us we close the door but be aware that you can still feel this energy of this garden this place inside of you okay so move your body from side to side open your eyes be aware of the room you are sitting in or the space outside in your garden or in the park or in the bus where you are going be aware and then I just ask you to be nice to this body be nice to this person you are because if you're nice to yourself you have more energy to be in the world so you won't get as much angry you it's okay to be angry it's not to say something's wrong about that it's just if you're nice to yourself you have more space in your heart you have more room to be there with others and then we actually change the world we actually make the energy out there a bit higher more loved more light and that's what I deep in my heart wish for you all for us all for the earth for the planet for the universe so from my heart to you thanks a lot namaste
